Phoenix Fitness Aerobic Stepper - Adjustable Step Platform for Exercise, Fitness, HIIT & Cardio Workout - Non-Slip Step Up Board with Risers for Home & Gym - Height: 10cm & 15cm

Note: this has only one extra step so it does not get very tall. It is stable but you won't get much height. If you want 3 or 4 levels you need a different product. Good quality. I have used it inside and outside for exercise and it works for me. I am 200lbs so it can carry that weight.

Good step stacks well use it for many uses good for cleaning windows🙂

This hard plastic stepping aid is OK if you only use it for stepping up and down. No good for exercises like calf raises as it flips up very easily due to its lack of substance. as soon as your weight moves away from the block it tips. I have tried using it against a wall for support but the same thing happens so I will go back to using my staircase. Price was OK and there are four hight blocks so it can be altered but as I got it predominantly for calf raises it is no good for me. To be fair though I would think this would be the case with any of these steppers as they are virtually all made from a hard plastic and have very little weight in them. The moral is just to use the equipment for what it was intended.

Easy to assemble and feels nice and sturdy and well made. Anti slip surface is reassuring when in use. Currently using it for lower limb physio exercises. Happy with my purchase and good value.

A lot of steps I had seen were way too expensive but this is so reasonable and such a sturdy material, I have already used it for several workouts and it is still durable with no damage or immediate wear. Great idea to have the rise attachments stored underneath, the only slight flaw is that sometimes on occasion, the risers don't fix properly when stored and sometimes fall out. But this isn't a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, the main thing is that it is the perfect size, height and material for doing step workouts. Highly recommend.

The step is easy to assemble and sturdy. However, when I tried to use it for a HIIT step workout it seemed too lightweight. It wasn't really long enough or wide enough and the top wasn't sufficiently slip-resistant. It is quite light and moved on my wooden floor. I think it is perfectly well made and good value and probably adequate for a more basic simple step routine, but not for leaping around on.

Not sure if would trust non slip so I put it on my fitness mat. Lightweight, height adjustable. Not very wide but for a novice and price good for me.

You can’t go wrong with a stepper in general however make sure you measure out the dimensions. They are on the product details but I didn’t and it was slightly small than I expected. The only fault I have for this product is that the extenders underneath will drop out when you carry it

I bought this step on advice from my PT friend to get in and out of my super tall bed after back surgery and it has been a lifesaver. Very sturdy and easy to add the extra height to it. I'm excited to use for exercise after cleared from the doctor. Nice width and length too.

E’ necessario mettere un piccolo tappetino sotto, altrimenti slitta un pochino. Consegna puntualissima.
