Nature's Way Coconut Oil Capsules - Pack of 120

Hello I've been taking these for 3weeks now and I am absolutely blown away by what they have done for me. I am a dog groomer and have suffered with arthritis in my hands and shoulders for the last few years. I read an article about how coconut oil has anti inflammatory benefits so I thought I would give them a a go.After 2 weeks of taking these capsules I can honestly say that I have more movement in my hands and NO pain in my joints. Anyone suffering from aching joints especially arthritis do give them a go I am never going to stop taking them better than any ibuprofen. Ps also made my skin look healthy

It does help skin, but hair, no difference. Tip use raw organic apple cider vinegar for hair.1 cup of water ( filtered ) 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar and a couple of drops oflavender oil, to make it smell nice. Wash hair with shampoo, no need for conditioner, unlessyour hair is very dry. Put vinegar mix into spray bottle and apply to roots, then work down toends. Massage in for about five minutes, avoiding contact with eye, because it stings like hell,yikes ! Then rinse with lots of water. For best results, use a shower head, which has a filterin it. Do this and take coconut capsules. It takes a while to restore hair to formal state, but iswell worth the effort. Been doing this for a while now and I must say, I am very, very pleasedwith the results XD ! Hope this helps.

Amazing! have been using this for around 3 weeks now and lost 3lb in weight and I had a terrible issue with acne on the top of my back which has been there for around 15years, had medications etc from Doctors was seeing sin specialist for 2 years who couldnt do anything for me-the acne has gone! I can not believe it! This is the truth in all honesty and I cannot reccommend this enough.

Great product I have used these for a while and I can't rate them highly enough. Great if you are trying to lose weight they stop you feeling hungry and craving sweet stuff. Also done wonders for my digestive system and energy levels. Found them on Amazon they are 50% cheaper than Holland and Barrett and they arrived very quickly. Will purchase here again thank you :)

Been taking these now for 2 months and have I been getting the excellent results advertised with taking coconut oil, well sadly that's a no! No changes to note in anything with me, feel and look exactly the same as I did not taking them. Well that's probably just me!

I can't stand the taste of coconut oil, but could see the benefits in taking it. So I thought I would try capsules. They are ok, but I don't feel I am taking as much as I need in the four recommended capsules. Sometimes they have a habit of bursting and you can still taste the coconut for a few hours afterPersonally I'm going to man up and go back to taking the oil, but these are a good substitute.

I have been taking theses capsuals for about 3 months now and don't think I would want to stop taking them now. The bad pain in my wrists has completely gone, my cravings for sweet unhealthy food has gone and I just feel better in myself since taking them. I'm now ordering them for friends and family who all want to get the benefits they give.
