They are easy to swallow which is good as I take a few medicines a one time. No taste and it’s only one tablet per day so very easy. Unfortunately I can’t say the effect as I haven’t been taking the vitamin supplement for long but I’m sure it will do its job.

Son de origen natural. Es importante que sea Metilcobalamina (Natural) y no Cianocobalamina (Sintética). Tiene mejor absorción y es más efectiva que la otra. Es importante fijarse en este detalle al momento de comprar suplementos de vitamina B12. El precio es bueno. Una pastilla al día. Son más pequeñas de lo esperado, muy fáciles de ingerir.
