The texture comes out light and fluffy, and the flavor has a nice buttermilk taste that doesn’t feel artificial. I like that it’s made with non-GMO ingredients and is certified kosher, which adds confidence in the quality. It mixes easily without clumps and cooks evenly on the griddle. It’s great for quick breakfasts or when you want something homemade without much effort. The only downside is that the box is a bit small if you have a big family, but the quality makes up for it. I actually love this pancake mix. Has a good, rich flavor. Husband likes it, too. We don't eat pancakes very often - prob only a couple of times a year, but every once in awhile, we treat ourselves. This is a good option. Can be made with just water - which is what I did and they turned out great. You can also add milk and egg for a "richer" taste. I didn't try that, but I'd assume they'd turn out great. Worth a try! (it's a small bag, so it won't go very far, just fyi)

Tastes great but WAY overpriced for the quantity.

Such a great and rich old fashion feel and taste of pancakes in modern times. It was so hot and feeling to the belly without all the additives.
