My Dog Loved It
We found the brand as we were searching for something new since our dog was getting sick from her food. She is almost one and very active and likes to run. She gobbled it up so quick and loves it! Always looking for more.

Bought it 3 times
Fed the puppies for this and don't want to change the brand. it's expensive for the size but I guess that's because of the protein percentage and also it targets for the puppies? I didn't try other brands, the puppies seemed like to eat it.

Beware... Not ok for 1 month old pups as I was told
After chatting with Bully Max rep, Joyce, on their website, I bought the puppy food bcuz she said it was ok to feed it to my 1 month old pitbull puppy. My main concern was how hard the pieces would be as puppy teeth aren't as strong as older pups. She said it fine bcuz it was not hard but I could soak it if needed to soften it. My puppy hates it. She did try a few pieces, spit them out (whole) and now won't have anything to do with it. I tried soaking it in her warm formula but, after 3 hours, this stuff is still hard as rocks. There's no way she could eat them w/o breaking her tiny teeth. Almost $30 wasted bcuz they don't take returns. I feeI was lied to.My 2yr old pitbull seems ok with it so I guess he'll finish off the bag.

Cheeweenie!!!
The media could not be loaded. 08/21/24: just started giving this to my chihuahua dachshund mix cheweenie. She was 7 pounds when we adopted her a few months ago, and we had her on liberty Lamb and chicken dry food along with Purina One, Purina Pro, and Several other wet dog foods like Beneful Small bites Pâté, along with the frequent scraps of food she finds on the floor from dinner.Little did we know she would become a finicky fussy picky eater. Now all the wet food is put away and we only feed her dry food. She’s 6 months old and doesn’t have any medical history. She’s now 10.8 pounds! She’s slowly been gaining weight by just feeding her Bully Max Puppy food with Liberty chicken blend. Soon we’ll get her on only Bully Max only but we want to make sure she has a smooth transition with this new food. Her stools have been consistent ( thank goodness for the potty training) and she hasn’t experienced any bad symptoms from this food. She’s happy to eat it mixed in with her other kibble. I’ll post the results of how she looks in the next 2-3 months so you’ll know if this is a good food for your dog or not. Until next time!Note: I'm giving 4 stars because she didn’t eat it right away, I had to transition her from wet and human food and IT WAS NOT EASY. I thought she would eat this instantly but it took some training and meal time schedule changes.Update: She’s starting to get some muscle tone. It’s working so far another update in several weeks. 09/11/2024
