Great taste for low calories and 10 g of protein!

These bars are nice and have a good protein percentage, but they're very small at 30g (most protein bars are in region of 60g). These are more cost effective alternatives. Price aside, the chocolate ones are great and taste more like a chocolate bar than a protein bar.

Decent. lowest calorie I have found for the price per 100g, taste is good, brownie is best (also had vanilla) had a total of 3 boxes. Prefer these to protein yogurt.

These are great bars. My primary reason for purchasing, and trying these was the low sugar contents, also, that they're quite small. Some protein bars can be big bulky bars that just taste heavy and dull. These are chewy, taste chocolatey, and are small enough for 3 or 4 bites to be enough. They're perfect for me, as a post-ride snack to ensure I'm recovering correctly and consuming enough protein. It's also good to be able to get bars for less than a £1 each. 30 bars for £27 (at time of this review) is a pretty good deal in comparison to some of the other ones. Also, being PowerBar, you know you're getting a quality product. Would definitely recommend if you want a smaller protein bar, that isn't too heavy, and not too sweet.

Normally great texture and taste, but last couple of times they have been hard and discoloured, as if not stored properly, like thawed. The defective batch is 07/25

Good taste. There are bars out there that are too sweet, this one seems to strike a nice balance. Texture is fine. My only dissapointment is how small a 35g bar is. It could almost be eaten in one mouthfull.

Muy ricas sabiendo lo q estás comiendo. No es un dulce así q no esperéis una chocolatina. Aún así el sabor es rico y la textura es la de la mayoría de estas barritas. Tiene muy poquísima azúcar y las proteínas no están mal. Ideal para picotear a media mañana o media tarde

Zu Anfang muss ich erwähnen, dass ich vor 3 Monaten eine Operation am Magen hatte und nun nicht mehr so viel Nahrung zu mir nehmen kann. Ich muss mehr auf die Zufuhr und die Aufnahme von Nahrung achten, grade im Bezug auf Eiweiß. Im Vorfeld habe ich dann mehrere verschiede Riegel und deren Werte auf ihre Inhalte überprüft. Dies war der erste Riegel, der von seinen Werten eine ganze Mahlzeit ersetzt!!! Wenig Zucker, wenig Fett, wenig Kalorien (ungefähr so viele Kalorien wie ein Apfel!) und dabei auf die geringe Größe des Riegels gesehen (35g) einen hohen Eiweißgehalt mitbringt! Im Vorfeld habe ich mir einzelne Riegel gekauft, was mir irgendwann zu teuer wurde, außerdem ergab sich hier wieder das Problem mit dem Inhatsstoffen. Dieser Riegel enthält Milcheiweiß an erster Stelle. Meiner meinung nach wesentlich hochwertiger als Sojaeiweiß, da von der molekularen Struktur tierisches Eiweiß besser für den Menschen verwetbar ist, als Pflanzliches. Wenn man es genau nimmt sind beide Eiweißarten gut verträglich, aber vom pflanzlichen Eiweiß muss einfach hinten raus mehr zugeführt werden, damit der Körper das so verwerten kann. Genau hier war mein Problem, die Menge. Kurz gesagt, hoher Milcheiweßsgehalt, wenig Zucker, Fett, Kalorien, viel Eiweiß, aber im kleinen Riegel. Für mich persönlich ist das ideal! Außerdem bin ich sportlich relativ aktiv, somit ist bei mir eine portion Eiweiß nie verkehrt. Ich habe mir vor dem Kauf der Preoteinriegel viele der Negativrezensionen durchgelesen und habe natürlich etwas mit mir gehadert, da der Geschmack sehr kritisiert wurde. Dem kann ich nicht zustimmen! Wer schon mal ein paar Proteilriegel probiert hat, weiß wie die Dinger im Durchschnitt schmecken... Übersüßt, sämig im inneren.. und einfach drüber! Dagegen schmeckt dieser Proteinriegel richtig gut! Klar ist die Füllung etwas sämig, aber es ist überhaupt kein Vergleich zu anderen Riegeln. Nicht zu süß, nicht zu sämig und ich kann ihn super vertragen! Die geschmacklichen Negativrezensionen kann ich mir nur durch Geschmacksverirrung erklären oder dadurch dass dies der erste Proteinriegel war, der bisher probiert wurde, mit den Ansprüchen oder dem Gegenvergleich zu einem Mars, Snickers oder so... Top!!!
