This toaster works amazing and has a frozen option on it! This allows frozen food to cook thoroughly all the way through. I donated it to my friend after I moved and no longer needed it, and she still uses it to this day.

Great toaster

This toaster has broken down on me twice! The first time, the bread only toasted on one side. I contacted customer service and they replaced it. Great! The second time, the toaster lever wouldn’t lock in so I couldn’t make toast at all. They asked for video proof of my issue. 2 videos were sent and only then was I told that my warranty had expired and the only thing they could offer was 20% off a new toaster. Why waste my time with videos then? A toaster shouldn’t stop working after 6 months, especially with it being my second toaster from them and, I don’t even use it every day. I do not recommend this product at all.

I bought this earlier in the year of 2025, it had been working great, until recently it's started to mess up. It takes a few times to get the lever to stick. While it still works... for now, I am afraid it's already on its way out. So while it is cute, I'm not sure it's made to last. =(

There is no lying, the toaster is aesthetically pleasing and looked great in our white kitchen, but that’s the extent of it. Besides looking pretty, the toaster is useless. I ignored any negative reviews I read, because I know people can be extremely picky. I thought “how bad can it be.” But after a few days both my 11 and 12 year old asked me to replace it. The quality seems similar to my daughter’s Pottery Barn toy toaster. It feels cheap compared to the Cuisinart it replaced. But we stuck with it for 2 months because it’s pretty and I wanted to like it. The width and depth of the slots are pretty bad. Not only did I have to use my weight to flatten our bagels before putting them in, but even regular bread was getting stuck. The slots are so slim and the wiring so close to the bread that it would start to burn quickly. For every use we had gotten in the habit of unplugging it and then getting a fork to pry out the toast or bagel. There are also no numbers on the knob so if someone turned up the heat prior to your use, there was no way of knowing. It’s in the donation bin now. I feel bad that I’m passing my junk to someone else, but maybe they won’t mind all the trouble. I ended up replacing it with a Rae Dunn toaster. I don’t think the Rae Dunn is as pretty as this one, but it’s worked great and gets the job done perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend this toaster. Toasting bread shouldn’t require so much effort.

I loved the colour / style of this toaster, but unfortunately it was just way too small. The openings didn't allow for anything other than a pretty thin slice of bread - so bagels, buns, anything like that is out of the question. A toaster that can only toast small pieces of bread is kind of useless as a toaster.
