Wouldthe tape survive a washing machine if stuck it to a jacket?

If it was iron-on reflective tape I would say yes. If self adhesive reflective tape then maybe I would not or be very careful with a tepid wash without too much agitation. I don’t know if other people know the answer?

Will this damage the bikes paint work if I remove it?

I've done it before on some old bikes and it doesn't seem to strip off any of the bike's paint. I recommend heating the tape before removal though using a hair dryer.

Can I make it into letters? Can I peel it off walls?

It is definitely possible to cut our tape into letters. It will stick to walls, however, when removed some paintwork might also be removed with it.

Is this tape diamond grade? there are salzmann diamond grade stickers but this tape doesn't specify. thanks.
