Bulk Pure Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) Tablets, 1000 mg, Pack of 100

Hard to swallow with water, but with bulletproof coffee (buttered coffee) or with smoothies they go down fine. I've put on 1.5kg of muscle in 1 week (I use body fat calipers and high tech scales to measure), and I believe the BCAA's have helped increase protein synthesis as the studies show they do. Ideally, take them inbetween meals - they are just easier to use for protein rather than eating Tuna or Chicken; they don't require cooking or prepping! Plus, they have the exact proteins the muscles are looking for, where as Chicken and Tuna may not as well needing to be broken down more in the gut. Studies say 5-10g every 2-3 hours. I've found this effective for Hypertrophy in just one week. Hope to see results continue.... Oh yeah, this brand are also cheapest on the net. For me, its a NO BRAINER.

Got these for a great price at the time of purchase and with 250 inside these will last very long! It says to have 5 per serving but even though will still last a while. Great brand and will be buying again once I run out as I don't feel much soreness after training.

I like these - but have ordered twice recently and both times, the tub of 250 tablets came without a pull off seal on the bottle, under the lid - the lid screwed off and the tablets spilled out. No covering over the neck / opening of the bottle to ensure they were sealed. Is this normal for this product? I would have thought the bottle would be sealed? Would others let me know if they have had the same experience as I am apprehensive about taking with no seal.

I have tried various BCAA tablets over the years to help aid my recovery from runs. These are BY FAR the best. I am now running daily and without a doubt these are attributing to that. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Okay so they don't taste bad at all. The pills are hard to swallow and i mean HARD. I have to split each pill into two and each (uncoated) half a pill is the same size as one of the full cod liver oil capsules i take. I can manage 2 pills ( 4 halves) before i just can't swallow anymore with food or a drink. Bottle has a lot of broken pill bowder residue. As for their effects i can't complain, they are what they are and I'll probably buy again but if these were coated it would be so much easier to deal with

The pack was not sealed ! And from reading the reviews ,seems other people had the same issue which makes me concerned about it.

When it arrived the capsules were spilled out all over the shipping box and it was clear the bottle had already been opened cause the seal was missing. I tried to get a refund or to return it but the system said that I couldn't.

Came very quickly. I'm really please with the product so far. Been taking for just over a a week and feel much better whilst training and day to day activity. Really please with the price and will reorder when finished

gut verträglich, zu mindest bei mir, scheint aus hochwertigen Rohstoff zu sein. Liefern innerhalb 24 Stunden. Wirkung, bei mir wirkt, obwohl nur 2 Tabletten täglich nehme, ein Tablette direkt nachdem Frühstück und ein Tablette Abends. Ich bin zufrieden.

Prodotto ottimo, a un costo contenuto. Lo uso prima di allenamenti molto impegnativi di corsa o prima di fare e il beneficio si sente tutto. Un po’ grandi le pillole (ma si dividono facilmente), per il resto tutto ok. Insieme, stessa marca, ottime anche le maltodestrine.

Wie der Titel schon vermuten lässt bietet das Produkt genau das was es verspricht den einzigen Mängel den ich habe ist das die Pillen wirklich etwas zu groß sind, ich bin jemand der damit normalerweise keine Probleme hat, das heißt jemand der schon Probleme bei kleineren Kapseln hat könnte diese hier als etwas unangenehm empfinden

Thought it’s fine, was taking it for a month. Then suddenly I had so many pimples, wasn’t even realism it could be because of the pills. (I have never ever had any issues with my skin, even a single pimple was rare). After stopping taking pills, it’s all gone and has become as it always was. Not sure about the ingredients, could be an issue
