Natures Aid L-Lysine 1000mg Supplement – 60 Tablets

Love this product I find working with the public I can pick up a virus easily. I take these and it helps a lot. My mom takes them and hasn't suffered any cold sores since.

I woke up yesterday to the familiar feeling of a tingling lip and looked in the mirror to see a big, swollen blistery mess. I have previously taken L-lysine but haven't taken it for a while and couldn't find my them. So just crossed my fingers and hoped this was as bad as it would get. This morning it had grown and was so painful. I ordered these along with a few other items to ensure I'd get them today ~ they arrived at 6pm, I immediately took two - I had to cut them up because like the other ones I had- they're BIG. It is now 1am and the swelling has Gone and the blistering is almost flat and there is no pain at all. I just wish they weren't so big. Other than that, I forgot how much of a "life saver" they are for cold sores. I definitely recommend.

Big tablets, not easy to swallow. But works well for cold sore prevention. Hasn't had one since using them. 4 months now and normally would get once a month.

So I don't usually write reviews on here but this product works so well this is my 4th buying it so I thought I might as well just review it. It's gonna be long tho. I used to suffer from cold sores from the moment my mom gave them to me and it has always been a struggle. They would show up often enough to be a real problem but not too often so I never figured out a way to fight them in time. I tried all sorts of stuff from creams and patches to literal cloves of raw garlic pressed against my lip. I don't know how I got to try lysine but I read somewhere it helps so I got it and oh my god. Not a single sore in years! If you are a regular sore enthusiast then you know the tingly, warm feeling you get when one is about to appear. This is exactly when you take a pill! And if I do something super adventurous like (god forbid) eat one spicy wing, then I act double the strength and take one of them pills + put some sores cream. I keep a case in my pocket anywhere I go. Works wonders. I know it might not work like that for everyone, but try cause it might work like that for you. Also lysing helps absorb calcium so even if you still end up with a sore, you will have bones strong like a horse. And yeah, the pills are quite big but you can break them into smaller bits if you're prone to choking.

These tablet I read about on a post on Facebook and had high hopes and I can honestly say they do not disappoint they have helped my partner soo much when he has an out break of cold sores. They are big but easily swallowed and very effective and a definite a value for money I would highly recommend for those who struggle with cold sores

Taking 1 whilst my cold sore was in full on nasty gunky mode, definitely helped. The next day it was significantly smaller, like it had healed considerably overnight. However, the physical and mental torment that came with swallowing such a massive pill is hard to contend with. It really is huge. I felt it go down my throat and then briefly get stuck there as I had to swallow it down harder. It was, as I say, mentally just as horrid as it was physically, to feel it stuck there. You could not pay me any amount of money to take these tablets as a preventative measure on the off-chance that I’d get a cold sore without them. They are too big. But they do work against cold sores even when they’re at their worst.

Excellent product! For someone who recently started to suffer from cold sores I was recommended this product would help with keeping them at bay. I used to get 2 cold sores a year but since taking one of these tablets a day I’ve not had one all year and I believe it’s down to this product! Amazing!! Highly recommended!

Ein super Produkt, welches mir wirklich gut gegen Herpes hilft. Beim kleinsten ziehen oder kribbeln nehm ich sofort eine Tablette, und meiste kommt gar nix.... Und wenn doch, nur minimal und ist ganz schnell wieder weg... Nachdem ich mir immer lyranda gekauft habe suchte ich nach einer preiswerteren Alternative, denn 10 Tabletten für ca. 10€ bei 3 Tbl. Pro Tag war mir auf Dauer einfach zu viel.... Kann die Tabletten nur empfehlen, bloß sollte man keine Probleme beim tablettenschlucken habe, sonst ist es unmöglich die Tabletten zu nehmen, da diese noch größer sind als manche Antibiotika ;)

confezione grande a un prezzo conveniente rispetto alla farmacia. lo uso sempre nei periodi di stress per evitare che spunti l'herpes labiale (oppure quando ce l'ho per farlo guarire più velocemente).

Fonctionne très bien contre les boutons de fièvre si pris dès le début.

3 jours que je le teste à la suite d'une crise d'herpès. Je ne l'avais pas encore quand mon bouton est sorti. J'ai pris 2 gélules d'un coup 1 jour après la poussée et mon bouton à super bien seché. En 3 jours il est déjà sur la fin alors que d'habitude j'en ai pour 1 semaine au moins... Je vais continuer de prendre 1 gélule par jour en espérant éviter les crises. Je ne connaissais pas. D'habitude j'utilise les patch, les crèmes etc sans résultats... Là je suis vraiment agréablement surprise ! Je vais en parler autour de moi !
