I occasionally have a flare up of rosacea, which can be exacerbated by my choice of moisturiser.I found this to be ok, but not exceptional. I can't say that I found it to be deeply moisturising, but it's quite light and is absorbed easily.It didn't cause a flare up, but for the price, you don't get an awful lot for your money.I've tried it, it's ok, but I'm going back to Lotil which offers better regards and is much better value for money.Edit 24th March 2019I have previously reviewed the smaller tube of Ultra Repair Cream, and on that occasion was of the opinion that it didn't have any appreciable effect. However, after not using it for a week, and using an alternative brand, I had a break out of spots and my rosacea started to reappear.A few days after reverting to ULTRA Repair Cream, my skin is clear again and feels moisturised without being greasy.So, I'm going to eat my words and say that this stuff definitely does work!Its not scented, or in overtly feminine packaging, so suits men or women alike.I heartily recommend!

Over the winter I developed severe dry skin on my eyelids and under my eyes. I tried vitamin E, coconut oil, a variety of creams, prescriptions and steroids. I was desperately searching online for anything else to try and saw this. Within 5 days my dry skin rash (that had been there for months) cleared up. I did get a few pimples as my face adjusted to the extra moisture but that has since cleared up and my face is silky smooth. I will never use anything else. I just bought the larger size to use on the rest of my body.

Have used a lot of products in the past. And never seen a product works so effectively on my skin. I have a very sensitive skin. Normally oily - combination skin so want a product that would not clog the pores but at the same time hydrate my skin. After about 5 days of use, you can see the difference it makes. Less spots breakouts and skin becomes more healed, plumper, smoother, tighter and gives the look of a more even tone. Main things I love about this product: Quick absorption into skin, Hydrates, Non-greasy. - A product that does exactly what it says ! Very pleased with the purchase. Worth the money. Now I've ordered more for a bigger size. 5 stars !

I have very dry skin that is often prone to dermatitis flare-ups especially in winter. This moisturiser is one of the best ones I've used. I use it on my face and hands and it's really hydrating without being oily. Definitely recommend.HOWEVER - please be aware that the ingredients listed in the description of this product are NOT the real ingredients. If you'd like to look at the ingredient list for allergies/sensitivity etc. you're best going over to the first aid beauty website and checking there :)

My go-to face cream! As someone who has tried many creams and has rosacea, this is the one that works without irritating my skin. It keeps my skin moisturized, and the smell is fine. In my opinion, it’s affordable. I use it with the First Aid face cleanser, and they work great together.

I initially was really enjoying this product for repairing dehydrated skin. However after a few uses I started to have a reaction to it resulting in colourless bumps on my skin which I get when something doesn't agree with me. This could just be my skin type - it was working really well so could be worth a go if you are considering it.

I've purchased this cream 9 times so far and I can honestly say it's amazing, everyone's skin is different of course but for me I get redness, sensitivity and spots and this cream really balances me out so well, I feel it sinks in perfectly leaving my skin so smooth and evens out the texture and reduces redness. Can't get enough of this stuff, will keep purchasing for sure (:

At last a skin cream that really works. There are so many moisturisers that don’t deliver what they promise.I bought a tube of Ultra Repair Cream just to try it and could hardly believe the difference it made to my dry skin.Within a few days I ordered the 6oz pot.I send my grateful thanks to the Company who produce it,it’s worth every penny.I’m yours for life.

Très bonne crème, j'avais les mains très sèches limite à craquer, pénètre très vite mais j'ai enlevé une étoile car le "film" qui reste sur les mains est limite désagréable, pour moi en tout cas.
