These are a wonderful product! I was given a medication that gave me a terrible reaction and I couldn’t sit still. After eating two of these gummies I finally could relax! Highly recommend the powder drink is good also!

I love this stuff. It's my favorite. I like the flavor I like the way it helps me relax and sleep well but doesn't make me groggy in the morning. A very good product that I recommend to people.

At first I thought the flavor was a bit “plastic-like” but I guess I’ve become used to it and it doesn’t taste so bad. An easy way to get m. Citrate into the system!

I’ve been a fan of their powdered version for a while. The powder version seems to have a more noticeable, powerful, and immediate effect on me. However, the taste is sort of gross and I’m lazy and prefer to not need to heat up water. These gummies were not as powerful (although I just got the product today so I’ve only tried them once) and took a bit more time to take effect, but I did notice myself get calmer. I was able to remain under control during a stressful appointment I had which is success to me! And they are fun and delicious to take too! I will definitely be ordering more. I might even keep a secret stash in the car for emergency stress situations.

I used to use the powder version a few years ago when I had sleep issues. It didn’t make me sleepy but it did help me sleep through the night because when I would wake up I could easily get back to sleep. Which is great for ppl who have issues with waking up several times in the night. But I was not a fan of drinking the powder. It was a hassle. These days I sleep much better but I have certain times of the month when my hormone levels are through the roof and I can’t sleep. I’m hot, I’m restless, my brain won’t shut off. So I went looking again and found these in gummy form. WHAT?!!! Omg! Talk about simplifying my life! So much easier to pop some gummies at bedtime. I was so stoked. Pricy? Yes. But totally worth it for me. Like before it doesn’t put me to sleep, but it does relax me. Sometimes when I’m stressed i’ll Pop 2 gummies just to take the edge off. Just like the powder it helps me go right back to sleep no matter how many times I wake up. In the morning I could wake up or go right back to sleep. But I feel soooooo relaxed. It’s such a delicious way to start the day. Also it helps with morning BMs. *thumbs up* I give one to my 5yr old before bed. I don’t notice it doing much to be honest but he doesn’t fight me as much at bedtime. He has issues with not pooping enough. He takes daily probiotics but I found adding the gummy helps in that dept as well. All around very VERY happy with this and will be purchasing again!!

I have suffered from general anxiety, social anxiety, and panic attacks intermittently for over 20 years. Bumper to bumper traffic, quiet settings, movie theaters, and airplanes were always trigger places for me. Wow, what a difference magnesium has made in my life. I originally started taking these gummies to improve my sleep and to help me feel more relaxed overall. These gummies do help with that! I take one gummy before bed and I definitely get better quality, longer sleep, without the groggy, heavy feeling melatonin gives me. Sometimes if I do wake up too early I take a gummy and have no problem falling back asleep for another hour or two (which was a HUGE issue for me the last few years.) If I am anxious about an event I’m attending I take 2 of these about 20-25 minutes before arriving and I feel calmer, more relaxed and less socially anxious. But the best, surprising benefit of these gummies is that they have eliminated my panic attacks. Like, they’re just GONE. After suffering for so many years. No more of that awful build-up of scary feelings that I dreaded so much and are SO physically uncomfortable. They just no longer happen. I can actually fly and enjoy myself now, feel happy and excited about where I’m going without being afraid of a panic attack happening. I never dreamed that I could fly internationally due to the long flight times and I’m planning an overseas trip now. And on an every day note, I can go to a movie, be stuck in an in-person meeting, and get stuck in non moving traffic now and not even bat an eye. Seriously, if you suffer from panic attacks you need to try these. Give them a couple weeks to build up in your system but then see how you feel. Highly recommend!

Not sure if it actually helps with calming and relaxation, but with the 4 gummies you can expect a bowel movement within an hour. They taste good. If I was feeling constipated, but didn’t want to take a full-on laxative, this would be a good choice.
