I am obsessed with this brand now. I have fine hair but a ton of it, and it wants to curl if I took better care of it. Although the Ghost line is not a curly hair formula, it doesn’t dry out my hair and actually keeps it feeling clean the day after I wash, even after sleeping. The conditioner is pretty thick, but the smell is great—I think it’s citrus-y. The ghost oil is a great addition; my hair is already really shiny and smooth, so I don’t always use the oil, but when I do it never leaves my hair feeling oily or crunchy. I’m hooked on Verb products now.

This shampoo and conditioner is amazing. I used it for the first time and my fine hair feels like silk. My hair is normally very frizzy and it really helped with that. Smells great too.

It had been a while since I have felt my hair seem so light and be shiny again. Tried Prose and hated it. Took a swing at this and total win. The oil is amazing. The shampoo gets through my long and annoying hair without me pulling bunches of it out. The conditioner is nourishing without weighing down my hair, which is something I am definitely happy about. The oil brought back the shine to my hair. And the frizz spray is fantastic too. I am actually blow drying my hair again since I haven't been turning into a fuzz ball. And the bag is kind of rubbery, so I have thrown my hair dye stuff in it. Like my clips, cape, blah blah. It's perfect.

I got this shampoo because I really enjoy the ghost oil by verb. I liked this set, it didn't weigh my hair down and I enjoyed the scent.

Alright, stay with me. I’m 5’7 with an average-length torso, and my hair is down to my waist. Box dyed for 16 years. Fine, thin. Wash daily. Okay. I’m also a cheapskate with everything but hair products. I used to be a Moroccanoil fan, but after a house fire that destroyed two brand new bottles that cost me $180, I couldn’t bring myself to spend more than $20 since then. Until now. I don’t know who recommended Ghost to me, but I ignored them for a while. My hair started to feel unhealthy so I said screw it, I’m worth it. I went for the big bottles and I was so excited. Day 1: After styling my hair like normal, my hair was SO DRY. It felt like straw. Like worse than it has in years. Like a Dementor said he was tired of happiness and sucked all the moisture out of my hair instead. Day 2: Same thing. It was terrible. I wept over the waste of $80 and almost gave up, but I told myself to trust the process. Just one more day. Day 3: Miracles. When I tell you that after two days of this stuff seemingly ruining my hair, it was reborn again like Jesus himself. I’m on week 3 now and I’ve never loved my hair more. It’s so soft that my husband literally cannot keep his hands off of it. It’s shiny, healthy, isn’t falling out, and it’s so much easier to style. Trust the process indeed. The only reason I deducted a half a star is because the scent is terrible. The shampoo smells awful, the conditioner is only slightly better. It’s faint enough that the other products I use post-shower cover it up, but for such a phenomenal product, I can’t believe it doesn’t at least smell… like something better than whatever it is. Anyway; try it. And if it sucks for the first couple of days, stick with it. It’s worth it.

Wasn't really sure how to rate this however, the positive is first the scent is mild and slightly citrus which leaves a lovely perfume. The shampoo does seem to clean really well leaving the scalp feeling refreshed and cleansed. While it doesn't weigh the hair down, neither the shampoo nor conditioner moisturize really well. Very light conditioning though and highly suggest pairing with a good leave-in conditioner and adding the VERB Ghost Oil after air drying for a bit. The best result though is how clean the scalp and hair feel. Completely safe for extensions and seems to work well on color-treated hair as well.

The shampoo doesn’t lather to well . But the conditioner is my fav . Works really well.

**Real customer, real review, no compensation or discount** I bought Verb years ago and it was wonderful (but expensive) and while I’m trying to up my haircare game, I thought I’d give it another shot. I was happy to see it had slightly come down in price (haha - hindsight, first indicator) and had great reviews. As I have fine hair, I went with the Ghost line. First wash was nice; it made my hair soft and did seem to be weightless, however I did notice an uptick in hair loss. Thinking it was maybe due to ‘summer shed’ I didn’t think much of it. But throughout and after washes, that changed. I noticed more shed when washing, my brush accumulating more and more hair. By the third wash my scalp was becoming itchy in addition to the hair loss. So, I started researching. 1) This is a sulfate free shampoo which is odd to me as it did foam a bit. Slight blame to me there as I should have checked for this - I don’t do non-sulfate. As someone who washes their hair 2-3 times a week, sulfate free always, always makes my scalp itch. No lather = not as much cleansing power. 2) Apparently this formula has high protein in it which I previously wasn’t aware could be a bad thing: if you’re not lacking protein, it can cause an overload resulting in hair loss, brittleness, and dryness. 3) It has Methylchloroisothiazolinone as an ingredient. A known allergen that causes scalp itchiness. 4) There was no seal on either the shampoo or conditioner bottle (something you see when buying it elsewhere) and the shampoo liquid itself was/is SUPER thin. From memory Verb is thick; a dime size should do it. This was not that. It makes me wonder if this is a dupe. In conclusion, this is either not Verb or they’ve cheapened out on ingredients and watered it down. Neither justify the cost for what it is, so I’m sending it back and heading to the shower to get this crap off my head. While everyone is different, I probably would not recommend.

Shampoo cleans my hair very well and the conditioner leaves my hair soft and manageable. I've been really enjoying the Ghost collection, I have the hair oil as well and it makes me hair feel great. Soft, shiny, static free! My hair gets extremely knotted after a shower so I still have to use a leave in conditioner though, to prevent damage while brushing it out when it's wet but, for my sensitive scalp this stuff has been wonderful. And it smells so good, if that matters!

This duo is amazing for fine hair—it leaves my hair soft, silky, and weightless without feeling greasy. The scent is subtle and fresh, and it doesn’t leave any buildup. If you want something gentle but effective, this is perfect!

Those are my favorites, its been two years I use this brand. They make my hair soft and look good. My only observation is the bottle functionality or design especially the conditioner it is becoming so difficult to squeeze the product out. Could the air or space in the bottle are not right to make the product flow easily. Other than the brand is really great for hair!

I have found my shampoo. I will remain buying verb forever. I love it. I recommend it to anyone. It's an amazing shampoo. Your hair is as soft as silk and no frizzies. I love it. Love it. Love it and we'll continue buying it
