I have unfortunately had Cancer three times and it has left me in Chronic Pain which is horendous. I should'nt complain as I'm still alive and there is always someone who is alot worse off than you are. However, some 6 years ago my Consultant referred me to a Pain Specialist in our local hospital as my Doctor and Specialists had tried just about everything, plus after all the Treatment & Medication my tummy was in bits as you can imagine. Had I not been sent to this particular Doctor because of the shear amount of PAIN I am in I did'nt want to continue to carry on as I could'nt even get out of bed in the morning leave alone do anything, but after him trying everything including Accupunture, which did'nt work either. He has found something now which does help me - patches as my stomach cannot tolerate anymore pills as such. One day at the Pain Clinic, he suggested to me to try this Biofreeze inbetween other medication, obviously it cannot be put on prescription as its too expensive, so I said I'll TRY ANYTHING if it helps, so I went out and bought it from Boots £9.99 and found it very good and does give some relief for a while, much better than the hot ones and the smell of Menthol is quite pleasant and certainly clears your nose if its blocked :-) !! If your in pain then I would definately give this a try as it does help and give you some releif, its well worth spending on something that does do what it says in the box - so to speak. Its alot cheaper here :-) and worth every penny. I Thank God every day for having such a marvellous Pain Doctor , certainly saved my life, even tho I'm still in an awful amount of pain, as long as I can get out of bed and push myself forward that's a start to hopefully one day I WILL be better. I'm determined.

Very good stuff for when my backs bad, put it on before bed and most of the time my back feels brilliant in the morning

This tube of gel is so handy to have in your bag to help relieve pain on the go. It's minty menthol smell is very pleasant and has an added bonus of helping clear your sinuses too. The green gel has a tendency to not behave quite as you'd expect, so if Ike me you have it for back pain, it can fall off your finger as you twist round to apply it. If that happens, be careful as it may stain some fabrics. My reason for not giving 5 stars. From a pain relief perspective it's great, fast working and definitely relieving for an hour or so. And is non greasy If I wake up at night in pain, I no longer reach for pain meds, but pop on some biofreeze & it helps me get back to sleep. I would definitely recommend this product. It lasts a long time, just onto my second tube. Available from other suppliers but most competitively priced, although not cheap & fast delivery from Amazon

Decent so far and works

Having a bad back and knee I do not leave for work without this. The cooking effect is amazing and pain relief is instant with this. Feels nice on the skin and doesn't leave your skin feeling dry and irritated. The nice cool feeling helps relive pain fast

La conosceva mio marito e per un infortunio l'ho provata anch'io... Credo che sia la miglior crema che io abbia mai usato. Purtroppo ho provato molte creme (spesso prese in farmacia) ma non mi han fatto nessun effetto mentre questa crema è riuscita (gradualmente) a sgonfiare il mio ginocchio che inizialmente poteva essere scambiato per un melone... Consigliatissima

Ich habe regelmäßig Probleme mit Spannungskopfschmerz und nehme dann in der Regel Ibuprofen um halbwegs auf mein Leben klar zu kommen. Mit dem Gel konnte ich bereits mehrmals darauf verzichten und fühlte mich auch besser. Es ist natürlich keine Magie und klappt nicht immer 100%tig aber für mich macht es regelmäßig den unterschied zwischen mit Kopfschmerzen den Tag (insbesondere am Wochenende) vor sich hinvegetieren oder tatsächlich sinnvoll nutzen. Gibt es auch in der Deoroller Form wovon ich anfangs nicht begeistert war aber das hat den Vorteil dass man es nur dorthin bekommt wo man es haben will. Das Gel ist nämlich wenig klebrig und wenn man nicht aufpasst fällt einem das Zeug eher von der Hand als das es dort landet wo es soll. Und Händewaschen fällt danach auch weg, weshalb so ein Roller bei mir neben dem Bett steht für akute Fälle wenn ich nicht mal aufstehen kann oder will. In der Regel ist das Gel aus der Tube aber trotzdem die Form der Wahl für mich weil es länger hält und effektiver wirkt für mein Empfinden. PS, das zeugt wirkt besser als alles andere was ich kenne und ich hab schon einiges ausprobiert
