I've been buying this gel for years and can't praise it enough. I suffer with a herniated disc and it's been really effective at helping relieve some of the pain. The cooling sensation lasts well and whenever my back starts playing up, a little of this works wonders!I keep tubes at home, in work and in the car so I've always got some handy. Personally, I find it far better than Deep Heat and great value for money. Definitely worth keeping a tube around for when you need it!

This is brilliant stuff. Using for nerve pain from piriformis / sciatic nerve compression. Leg and haunches. Previously used the gel, which was awkward to rub in and left hands smelly. Not horrible smell , but intense menthol whiff. Needing to wash hands every use. This roll-on type is really excellent. The same pain relief effectiveness, but with easier and moreTargeted application. Non messy. Small enough to carry about in handbag.The gel works after about a minute. Cooling sensation and then relief. It seems to trick the brain out of registering nerve pain, and into noticing the coolness. It means I can sit for hours without pain. This pain that was dominating my life. I do not need pain meds now. Just a quick swipe with the roller. Soothing and harm-free. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I love Biofreeze. I have been using it for years and anytime I try another product, I always come back to my trusted Biofreeze. It tingles when applied and within minutes the area is calmed. I always roll it over my knees and ankles right before jumping into bed and get a great night’s sleep.

Works extremely well for me. Fell off a ladder but managed to grab hold of the ledge to control my fall slightly, but the grabbing action meant my left arm took full brunt and was sprained.Step in Dr internet who suggested compression and cold packs. As a result used ice packs for most the part, but not always ideal so picked up this gel. It works very well and is fast acting. The tube at 30ml is pretty small which is why if you injured a bigger body part will mean it gets expensive as 30ml does not get you far. For my arm I can apply couple of applications daily for about 5 days which took care of most my issues. But if you do in a leg for example may need more gel.Apply a thin film and let it do its magic. Do not massage it in unlike others. Also do not try to be too economical with it by trying to spread out a tiny amount over a massive area, will not do much and be a waste of gel.Overall well pleased and means I can alternate with ice packs. Its expensive or rather 30ml is small so for those with injuries or needing to cover a wide area, may need to pick up more, just happy it works well. Final comment, the gel is green but it blends on fine when on the skin, just be cautious to not get it on the outside cloths or something, can leave a slight green stain unless cleaned quick.

I am an avid 'Trail and Ultra Runner' and am a huge fan of Biofreeze. I have used the gel for a variety of aliments over the years; tight hamstrings, lower back pain (from a previous injury), heel bruises, tight and/or sore muscles (from endurance runs, obstacle course races, etc.) -- and not once have I been disappointed.Like they say "A little dab will do ya!". All you need is a small amount to feels its magic. Once you've applied the gel to 'the area' you will instantly feel a cooling effect, followed by the smell of menthol (no worries, the menthol smell goes away quickly) and then the sensation of relief is just seconds away. I have also noticed that there is never a 'greasy' feeling after application and it is easily absorbed by the skin. Like I stated earlier, I am a huge fan of this product and I will happily buy this product again. I'm so glad I finally found it online (lol), rather than having to make a trip to the pharmacy.

La conosceva mio marito e per un infortunio l'ho provata anch'io... Credo che sia la miglior crema che io abbia mai usato. Purtroppo ho provato molte creme (spesso prese in farmacia) ma non mi han fatto nessun effetto mentre questa crema è riuscita (gradualmente) a sgonfiare il mio ginocchio che inizialmente poteva essere scambiato per un melone... Consigliatissima

De gel wordt warm na het insmeren en verlicht de spierpijn. Ff wennen maar ik heb er baat bij ( A L S patient)
