Hi are these genuine Pokemon trading cards?

No, compared one of the MANY duplicates i received to a genuine holo. the frames are different in color and I doubt any are real as a result, as my genuine was from a official store.

If I order 2 packs , do you guarantee they will be different ? No repeat between both packs. ?

Does it come with packaging?

Yes. It comes in a blister pack. The front card is reversed so it doesn't spoil the contents. At least that was the case when I purchased it but that was a couple of years ago, it may have changed since then.
