can it deal with butternut squash?

The only thing mine seems suitable for is courgette! Very weak and fairly useless! Disappointing :(

Hi, yes its very easy to clean only 2 parts, the tube and the container, its a great item for parties etc.

how do i use the spiralizer?

It's quite easy. Feed the veg through the funnel using the black plunger. Courgette carrot and beetroot work well together. Lightly toss the spiralized veg in a frying pan adding seasoning and serve as a main side.
