Okay, so they're cheap, mostly plastic, but I'll tell you something, they don't half sound a lot more expensive than the price suggests. I've been using a pair of V Modas for a very long time and they have served me well, alas, things wear out eventually. I tend to purchase headphones for specific purposes so I have a few pairs hanging around, Edrums, home studio etc. These Pro 50's were bought to use for silent practice through a Spark Go, I run electro-acoustic/guitar and bass through these and I have to say that so far, I'm very impressed. Everything sounds so natural and clean, and the soundstage is nice and wide. One thing of note and to my ears, very important, the bass frequency is really well handled, it's there but not massively over the top, something that annoys me is trying to explain to a sound engineer that just because it's a big venue, it doesn't mean that you have to go nuts with the lows, and I'm a pro bassist. I digress, give these a go if you're looking for a quality sound, an extremely comfortable and adjustable fit, the ear pads are lovely and soft and they don't make my ears sweat. The icing on the cake for me is that they are great value for money. They just do the job for me, and do it well, I'd recommend them all day long.

I've had several pairs of these headphones and keep buying them when I wear the cushions out on them. They are exceptionally comfy - I can and do wear them all day. They are light, well padded and don't put as much pressure on the sides of your head as other headphones. They sound exceptional for the price! Really clear but with a good bass sound. They also come with 2 cables - one really long one for use with audio equipment, and one for phones with a microphone on it. Great quality for the price.

This Pair of headphones sound excellent imo, better than the pro 10s in almost every way, They sound drier, they have lower bass, are richer, and are cleaner. They aren't 'grainy' as I would call it. the only things the pro 10s do slightly better than these, the highs sound very slighlty more loud, and the balance for hearing speech sounds slightly louder (these points may be redundant for some people when you consider that the overall balancing for these pro 50s is better, by what I've heard, and I hear more detail. It's like I'm in a studio with heavy sound proofing). I've heard muddy sound in a shop demo from a pair of headphones from another brand that costs £200+, that even the old Ipod earphones beat for quality, and the pro 10s are better quality than the Ipod earphones (I only mentioned the Ipod eaphones, because that's what I moved from, to the pro 10s. I didn't want to go back to the ipod earphones), so for sound quality, this is a bargain for either pair (pro 10s or pro 50s). You could still do fine with the pro 10s, but hearing these pro 50s made me want to get up in the morning lol, so I don't know how a few people in the reviews thought it was bad; personal preference I guess. The passive noise cancellation on the pro 50s is a little better than on the pro 10s, I don't mind it being passive (naturally blocks out sound), as I always like to be able to hear my phone or door bell ring while listening to music, or while gaming, which is hard to do at this point. I wouldn't want to go back to using the pro 10s after hearing these... I've been mega spoilt for sound quality, and these pro 50s feel comfy to wear. I've said this about the pro 10s too: you have to be really gentle with the headphones, because the other day, I hastily put the pro 10s to one side, while holdding it below the slider and holding the top part of the main speaker area, and the plastic part of the slider broke. These pro 50s have the same design (apart from the speakers of course EDIT: and the slider is a little shorter, so that probably is the reason why I haven't broke them in the several months that I've had them). Like I said though still, on my pro 10s review, I think the manufacturer needs to make the slider all metal for all models, and I wouldn't mind paying an extra £5 for the change. I would have given 5 stars, if it weren't for that.

After 24 years my studio cans failed. I went onto ebay and lost an auction for a second hand, equally as old, replacement pair that sold for £267. So I sent my old cans off for repair and bought these. Are these OneOdio as good as my old ones ? No, not for a string of reasons. BUT they are "seriously amazing" at the price. And far better than a similar priced set of JBLs I bought as an impulse purchase, when travelling last year. And probably as good as the rest of the gear I have in my home studio rig. It might be worth noting that if you are less than a size 7" head, you might find these a bit of a floppy fit. I'm 7 1/8 and they are just about OK. All the pads are comfy, and keep out a lot of distracting treble noises, but don't seem to have a big impact on bass. I do find it a bit weird that the cable runs into the right hand side of the headphones when using the 1/4" jack to connect to a panel. I'm used to picking up a set and using with the cable on my left... so I'm having to learn to deal with the annoyance of my hand keep wrapping itself around the cable when I'm creating/editing. I suppose I could look for a cable that terminates with a 1/4" TRS jack on each end... but it would need to be subtle, (I should explain the lead terminates with a 1/4" TRS on one end and a 3.5mm on the other. There is a 3.5mm socket on the right can and a 1/4" on the left can. So the cable can be used with either a 1/4" or 3.5mm (1/8") socket on your panel, without the need for adapters... very cool idea - they just have it the wrong way around... good for left-handers). And the cables supplied (two, one with a mic for headset use) seem excellent. It does identify left and right on the cone covers on each side of each can, but it would be better if they were marked on the outside.... so a bit of pvc tape or a coloured dot needed there. All in all I'd say they are great value for money, more than adequate for most of my needs. And although I've rated them at less than 5 for noise cancellation (3), sound quality (4), comfort (3) they are exceptional value for money, so overall I'll rate them five stars. I'd be interested to learn of any better product at this price.

I’ve worn headphones for years and usually buy recognised brand names like Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic and AKG. So, when my ageing AKGs were starting to show signs of wear and tear, I decided to dip my toe into the crowded headphone market. Because of the scarcity - at least where I live - of hi-fi dealers, the only way to research potential purchases is online. After what seemed like an eternity I came across OneOdio products on Amazon. Choice can be double-edged: sure, there are plenty of headphone makes and models to check out but narrowing down your final buy can be time-considering, especially if you’re in any way indecisive. Anyway, suffice to say I made my decision and plumped for the OneOdio Studio Pros. First, they look gorgeous - the red stitching on the ear cups twinned with their red interiors adds a touch of quality. The cups themselves are super-comfortable, as is the headband. They’re snug, too, and do a decent job of preventing outside noise from intruding on the listening experience. The inclusion of two differently-sized cables (one in complementary red) and a carry bag is useful. But how do they sound? I’ve used the headphones constantly since receiving them, deliberately switching between heavy metal, solo acoustic folk guitar, intricate prog rock, blues, pop, electronica and classical and this unit handles each genre with aplomb. The sound is detailed, spacious, dynamic, clear and powerful and copes with anything that’s thrown at it. At first, the Studio Pros appeared a little bass-heavy but that became less noticeable as the cans bedded in over use. The funny thing is that I had got so used to the neutral, bass-light sound of my battered old AKGs - which incidentally cost more than twice the price - that the appearance of a bottom end was a surprise, albeit a pleasant one. I realise now that bass was barely noticeable on my old ‘phones and in retrospect I missed it. In conclusion, I am delighted with the Studio Pros. They look superb and sound great for the price, which was ridiculously cheap with the discount added. I wouldn’t t hesitate to recommend them.

I bought these so that I could practice my digital accordion without disturbing the neighbours. Obviously they have sorted that out. I am pleased with both the comfort and the sound quality of these headphones.

I've had many premium headphones, that include Sennheiser, Denon, Beyerdynamic. Currently have Massdrop 6XX (Senn 650) I read many reviews and YouTube videos about these Oneodio pro DJ headphones. They have a habit of changing the name and model number. However, if it has the ridiculously rotating pivots and the thick ear cushions, then that's the one I'm reviewing! I bought these out of overwhelming curiosity. They arrived in their unassuming little black box. Out they came in a carry bag with the two leads provided. First impressions didn't float my boat. The old adage came to light..."Never judge a book by it's cover." Put them on my average size head. Good fit, but a little tight on the ears at first. Adjustments then made, I'm ready to bring them to life. Plugged them straight into my phone......Wow, they really surprised me. My knowledge of headphones had been turned upside down! First the bass. Very firm and punchy, not bloated or rumbling. Mids are very clear without the bass running into them. Treble was clear, without siblance and not fatiguing. Soundstage, to be honest, is more stereo separation, to be expected I suppose from a closed back. Even so, it does not detract from the listening pleasure that these very surprising cans gave me. I was only going to "test" them out for a few of my playlisted tracks, but ended up 4 hrs later still playing tracks from searching my collection which includes everything from EDM, House, Rock, Jazz, Reggae and vocal ballads. They are LOUD without distortion. I usually have volume up to 75%, but these are so easy to drive that my volume level was down to 50% and that was more than loud enough. I've bought budget priced headphones before.....and promptly returned them. On the other hand, I shall definitely be keeping these for private listening. I wouldn't want anyone to think I've lost my senses! Seriously though, I would be proud to admit to my friends or anyone, that these headphones are very, very good, especially for the budget price. Buy them. You won't regret it.

I bought these One odio Studio pro 50 headphones during the black Friday sale for £31.99. I wasn't expecting these to be outstanding, but I was hoping they would be quite good given the number of highly rated reviews. They certainly looked reasonable, and initially I thought they sounded more than acceptable. I was surprised that the 1/4" jack on one of the headphone cables was to be fitted into the headphone end with the 3.5mm connection fitting into the hi-fi end. The other headphone cable was supplied with 2 x 3.5mm jacks with a switch in the middle of the cable. However I subsequently purchased a set of bluetooth Audio Technika ATH-M50BxT cans (£150) which are described as being very neutral (studio reference). I'm not in any way near being an artsy fartsy audiophile, but I can definitely say there is a distinct difference between the two units. The pro 50's definitely produced a more bassy tone, and vocals were muddy by comparison. The pro 50s however were supremely soft and comfortable and construction looked durable. With the AT unit at five times the price of the pro 50s there is obviously going to be some differences, (apart from the bluetooth). Certainly, the external noise isolation on the pro 50's wasn't great, so probably not your best bet if you are wanting to perform careful listening to e.g a final studio mix down, but likely good enough if you are cueing up your next track in a nightclub. I'm not sure if the "price to sound" ratio was 5 times as good, but the claim of the pro-50 having a 'balanced natural sound' and 'premium accurate sound' on their advertising blurb is perhaps a bit misleading IMHO. The AT unit however, is also being returned as they were painful to wear after a three hour listening session - there were no such issues with the Pro 50s which were remarkably comfortable to wear.

I was skeptical at first due to the price but it is a wonderful headset it's not studio quality but it is a lot better than some of the other brands that's twice the price. I love the dual ports for the headphones, the fact I can hookup my headphones to my pedals without needing an adapter or buying another cable is awesome (also the cable is really long and is awesome so you don't need to be close to the output). I also love the mic it's very good. The articulating phones themselves is amazing and fit perfectly on my head, the only draw back is that it is not as tight so it falls off fairly easily if I move/bend too much/quickly. They still feel comfortable and fully encompass my ears (although I can see people with above average ear size may have a slight problem) the pads are very comfortable and create a decent seal and help with noise cancelling. It's not perfect but it is still great. Overall worth every penny and is a very modest price I wish other headphone manufacturers would take note and realize you don't need to screw your costumers to meet the bottom line. I doubt these will break any time soon but if they do, I'm absolutely buying another pair.

Ben best wel kritisch als het om koptelefoons gaat voor de EDM muziek, heb hier goed vergelijkingsmateriaal (Sony) om het verschil te horen. Geluid is bovengemiddeld goed, maar de buitenkant afwerking oogt naar goedkoop speelgoed koptelefoons. Ook is hij krap op het hoofd, kan hem niet verder uittrekken, daardoor voel je de beugel op je hoofd. De schelp kussens zijn wel prettig en lengte van de kabel is zeer goed. Samengevat: - Geluid: 5/5 - Afwerking: 3/5 - Snoerlengte: 5/5

This is the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever wore while sounding beautiful. The padding feels like you are wearing a cloud on your head. And it’s also one of the cheaper headphones I’ve ever bought. This headphones have such a clarity in the mids while remaining the bass in a good level. And I would also like to mention the included mic that sounds beyond expected. But you will get better sound quality using the bigger 3,5mm to 6,35mm. I hooked this up with my Behringer uphoria um2 but it works as good with a phone.

This One Odio Pro 30 headphones are unbelievable for the sound quality and vocal clarity, Yes the bass is there. For the price it’s a bargain. This is a brand that should be saluted and highly appreciated for their superb sound quality and comfort. I highly recommend these headphones. One Odio you are a winner.
