Recently had a quite nasty burn from a bushcraft fire. This dressing sorted me out in minutes and took away the pain. The burn healed a lot faster than normal too. Great product

I bought a few of these for various first aid kits and actually needed to use one when i treated a family member who had hot coffee accidentally spilt on them. I applied the dressing and loosely wrapped a bandage around the area, (just be careful not to aggravate the burn with the bandage). Family member said it immediately felt cool and relieved and when it was removed a few hours later, there was no blistering. The bandage is wet so you will get messy by touching it but it was well worth buying them.

I bought these for our family first aid kit after they had been used on me. I had a nasty scald from a hot drink and the application of these left the burn feeling cool and left all but a very small, fading mark that didn't hurt. They are an amazing product that prevented a hospital trip and possible scarring, so I would definitely rate them as a first aid essential.

These are just brilliant. Recently my partner has to go to the hospital due to boiling water from a whole pan being spilt on her hands, legs. Now. These aren't for huge areas, you could cover about half a hand with one. But there are so many positives here. It comes with a pad that has been soaked in a cream/gel like substance. The positives are that this pad lasts. It doesn't dry up. Now at the hospital we used there own water gel packets and they didn't last an hour (pack of 3). My partner didn't scar. This is a life saver, it's incredible the healing properties they have. I would fully recommend personally.

My other half burnt her hand on some boiling soup lucky I had some of these in a first aid kit and these worked amazing they are a gel soaked bandage and they really helped control the pain and helped it heal. I ordered these to replace the ones we used straight away and definitely wouldn’t be without them in the home. It’s one of those things you don’t need to you really need them and when that time comes your so thankful you had them. Highly recommend put them somewhere safe and hope you never need them.

A must have for anyone - you never know when you are going to burn yourself - I just keep in the first aid kit and use as necessary - these seem pretty good after my hubby burnt himself taking off a radiator cap from his car!!!!!!!!

I work in a commercial kitchen and these dressings are perfect for burns and scalds. I call them my little miracle bandages. 😂

Am Backofen verbrannt? Burnshield drauf! An der Feuerschale doof angestellt? Burnshield drauf! Ja, es funktioniert immer, wirklich! Bei Verbrennungen einfach das Pad auf die Wunde und etwas Mullverband zum Fixieren drüber, fertig. Ab dann hat man keine Schmerzen mehr. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Compresse-éponge qui retient l'eau qui est sous forme de gel. L'arbre à thé permet un effet fraîcheur sans avoir à mettre le produit au réfrigérateur. Je l'ai utilisé sur bébé de 8 mois, au niveau du torse. La rougeur qui a fait suite à la brûlure à disparue après 15 min d'application, la peau est redevenue rosée. Avantage: _ PRATIQUE, toujours à porter de main, dans une trousse à pharmacie, boîte à gants, valise (ne pas stocker à plus de 40°C), pas besoin de point d'eau _ EFFICACE, sans risquer la brûlure par le froid (ne pas laisser plus d'1 heure) _ CONFORTABLE, la plaie est ciblée, pas besoin de rester debout 15 min près du robinet pour faire couler l'eau sur la brûlure, ou de risquer une hypothermie quand la brûlure est difficile d'accès en prenant une douche froide ou un bain à 15°C pendant les 15 min recommandées _ pas d'allergie
