6 massive tablets every day?
I should have read this a bit more carefully. I just took my first dose of 6 tablets and it took me ages! They are big tablets. I don’t think I could consistently keep that up every day. I see now why the powder and liquid alternatives are so expensive

Good value
This is the cheapest collagen I found to start taking it. I’m in late 20s abs it was recommended. Taking 6 tablets a day is a bit mental but it’s made my hair thicker and skin better

Easy to crush. No taste
I crush it to mixe it with my breakfast. Its very powdery.It doesn't have any taste wish is good. Just a very very small background taste of vanilla.It doesn't bother me.I hate pills but i am surprisingly at how is those are to take

Fab product. I started taking for my bones as I have a degenerative spine. Took over a month to start seeing results but hair and nails are amazing and back pain is massively reduced too so very pleased with this

I absolutely am 100% sold on Collagen now that I have been on this for about 2 weeks . My flexibility has significantly improved , my back stiffness and aches have all but gone . I can get out of bed in the morning without feeling like I have to unwind . I shall be married to this for as long as it is available .
