Best travel pillow on the market
Prompt delivery and well-packaged. I am very pleased with the quality of this pillow. Its design is perfect; the fabric is very soft, the memory foam is firm but it easily moulds around the neck, so ideal for travelling but also if you suffer from a neck injury and need that extra support. It is by far the most comfortable travel pillow I have ever owned. Unlike other pillows on the market, this one has adjustable drawstrings that can be fastened at the front, so no risk of it moving around when you fall asleep. It can easily be folded in the bag that comes with it, and retains its original shape once unfolded. The pillow cover can be removed to be washed which is a big plus. Overall very pleased with my purchase and will probably buy more. I highly recommend.

Love this - made my 25hours flight much more comfy
Bought this just before flying to Australia... it completely transformed my travel experience! It's soft enought, so that it's comfy but also hard enough to offer great support. The fabric is soft (hope it stays so after washing the cover) and I love that the cover is removable so it can be washed. It also has a small bag to carry it around. I'd genuinely recommend this!

Compact, comfortable, and no more supportive than any other neck pillow
It's a very nice neck pillow that packs down very small for transport, has a super soft felt finish and is very comfortable, but doesn't offer a huge amount of front support. To be fair, I do think it provides more front and sideways support than most neck cushions around but I still find my head slumping to the side or front when I begin to drift off. Without drastically altering what is considered a neck cushion though, I don't think anything could do any better than this so if you are after something compact and comfortable for your neck on long journeys, this is still probably the one to go for.

Loads of fake reviews but actually a very good pillow
As with all the travel pillows being sold on Amazon, this one has lots of fake reviews. But having taken the gamble and went for it, I can honestly say that it is a very good flight pillow. Managed to get some good zzz's on a 24 hour return flight to Australia. Two things: 1) It is bulky, takes up a third of a space of a normal sized backpack. But this is because its good thick foam, giving you lots of comfortable support during usage. 2) Because the back of the pillow (against the seat) is blocky and big, to get the most comfort you need to push your flight seat headrest as high as possible, so that this travel pillow is directly against the seat instead of the headrest. If that makes sense. I'm 5'7" and this works. But I can imagine if you're super tall like 6' + you'll struggle to be able to rest this pillow directly against the seat as the headrest will get in the way.

Super extra support, 5* pillow
Used it straight away on an 11 hour flight and a 8 hour greyhound bus journey, and I love it. It moulds itself beautifully and is very soft and comfortable. I never liked the 'normal' shape you can buy anywhere, and I was so pleased for the extra support the Raha pillow offers. Packed it is lovely and small, and easy to fit back into it's bag. I would highly recommend the Raha pillow.

Soft, as good as any other similary priced travel pillow.
It's as good as any other travel pillow. Doesn't stop your head tipping forward and still wake with a crick in your neck though admittedly not as bad as if you didn't use a pillow at all. Plusses are that it's nice and soft and goes into its back well to reform it's shape again once taken out. Ok for the price.

We have a long flight coming up in July and I wanted an upgrade from your normal blow up travel pillows. I did a lot of research before deciding on the purchase and also googled top ten travel pillows (this one came up very high on the list). It is extremely soft and you can visibly see the quality of the memory foam as it expands. From just the pre flight trial it felt that it is going to offer the comfort and support that is dictated in the description. It was also easy to get it back into the carry bag.

To mitigate head flop on planes or in armchairs
I bought this for my mum as she's spending a lot of time sleeping in the armchair and I noticed her head tends to hang down worryingly to one side. First of all, don't make the mistake I made of cutting off the string/toggles. I figured as I wasn't using this for aeroplane journeys I didn't need them. Wrong! They prevent the thing from falling down if you move, which I found out when I came back into the room to find it on the floor. It's got a nice soft finish with memory foam so feels nice so lie back on. The flat back means it sits flush against a flat chair back and stays in place. While not offering 100% solid support against you flopping to one side, it does at least mitigate the problem by offering some friction with the back of the chair and some cushioning between your head and your shoulder. So it's better than nothing. And its quite comfortable anyway. It comes scrunched up inside a grey drawstring bag with a matching grey eye cover and some black ear plugs. Presumably these are aimed at flights. The eye cover looks quite thick and well made. Possibly with gel inside. If you don't cut the string/toggles off, they can be clicked together to make a loop so the thing wont just fall on the floor if you move. But I suspect it also keeps the pillow close to your neck and makes it more effective in stopping head flop, so I'm a bit annoyed with myself for cutting it off now! [Update 02/05/20: I wish I hadn't cut the string/toggles off now. I have come to realise that wiithout the toggles done up, there's a lack of support on the sides, which is a big point of the cushiion in the first place. So I would not advise anyone to cut the string/toggles off]
