does this come with the saw mounting brackets as shown in the diagrams

Yes the one I purchased recently had them taped inside the table, you also get a bag of nuts and bolts to fit it all together

Do you know what model number the brackets are?

Brackets are DE7025, but there is another pair but not sure of the difference - maybe a longer overhang at rear?

Can this be used with non dewalt mitre saws

The bolt holes in the (separate) cross supports fit DeWalt machines. I have seen other machines fixed to suitable boards mounted on these supports - grinders, drilling machines and such: this is a very solid and stable stand that invites lateral thinking. Amazon accepts returned merchandise in as-new condition if it turns out to be unsuitable.

Will this fit my dcs365n cordles

The beam comes with clip on adapters which snap the saw on the beam rail. The adapters connect to the saw with bolts. Therefore I expect your saw will bolt to the adapters and then the saw will fit the beam.
