Could you add pins to this?

Yes you can mark locations with pins as you would with a paper poster. Regards -Little Wigwam.

What is the bar scale on this map please?

The scale is approximately 1cm to 500 miles / 800km (or 1 inch to 1300 miles / 2100 km) - this is the parallel scale at 0° North, 0° East on a Mercator Projection. Regards -Little Wigwam

How is it packaged? Is it in a cardboard tube?

All Little Wigwam posters are supplied rolled in a protective plastic sleeve - when fulfilled directly by Little Wigwam this is packaged in a cardboard tube. When fulfilled by Amazon unfortunately we cannot guarantee how they package it but it should be either in a cardboard tube or box. Obviously in the worst case if your poster arrived damaged it would be replaced immediately free of charge (although we understand nobody wants that additional hassle!). Regards -Little Wigwam. PS. You can simply roll the poster the opposite way to flatten it out if required.

Can the item be folded flat, without being damaged (e.g. creased)? I need to post it overseas and a rolled map will not work.

I doubt you can fold it and have it recover
