Klean Kanteen Unisex Outdoor Classic Water Bottle

This is the water bottle I use daily, when out and about or at the gym. At 800ml, it is a good capacity and will last a fair time. The stainless steel is great quality, and has lasted for the almost 2 years that I have been using it with only minor dents. The wide opening (not as wide as some of their other products) is great for adding ice cubes, and is easy to fill up and pour from. The steel doesn't add a taste to the water, and isn't too heavy (although it is heavier than aluminium or plastic equivalents). It is easy to clean, durable, and overall the best water bottle I have used so far.The sports cap that this comes with, if I were to rate it separately, would get a 4/5. This is because after about a year of use, the cap began to tear, although this was probably due to me biting down too hard when opening it (I had a similar issue with the Camelbak Podium water bottles, but they tore more easily than the cap on the Klean Kanteen). I have since replaced it with the bamboo cap and have had no issues since. The cap closes tight and does not leak, but can be a little difficult to open at times. However, I would prefer this to the bottle leaking so this is not an issue. This bottle isn't insulated, so if you're looking for something to keep liquids hot or cold then you may want to look at a different product.I would recommend this to anyone in need of a long-lasting, high quality water bottle!

What every traveler needs is a good water bottle to reduce throwing away plastic bottles and so after doing my research I found out about this bottle. This is a very good water bottle that is designed really well. It’s made from good strong solid materials and it looks beautiful and the 800ml (27oz) is the perfect size to have if you are a solo traveler. I’m quite impressed because so far, it doesn’t leak once the cap is screwed on tight and their are many other water bottles that leak through the cap. The cap is solid and strong. I bought the green sports cap 3.0 separately to have a spare cap for this bottle and the bottle looks very nice also with the green cap screwed on. Overall, so far, this is one of the best water bottles I’ve ever bought for traveling and I have a feeling that this water bottle will be very useful and will last for many many years so I think it’s a good investment for any solo traveler.

Nice handy size bottle that will presumably last me a long time.Shame that the lid leaks a bit through the breather plug.I splashed out on another type of lid for times when leaks must be avoided, but haven't put it on yet because this one is so handy for use when on the go.No need for any unscrewing, just one-handed operation (easy to pull out and close the spout with your teeth)In summary, it's a great bottle and the drinking spout/lid is good to use. The leaking can easily be prevented by a simple poke of the breather, but beware, if you forget to do this, it may leak when not completely upright.

This bottle is very light, taste free as they say and a good size for an afternoon in the park etc. You can drink easily from the sport cap, or from the wide-rim. The cap screws on also closes well and securely. The mental is light rather than strong and already has a couple of tiny dents - so you don't want to be dropping this on something other than soft grass or carpet. Also, it's diameter fits perfect into a bike bottle cage, but the length is too great fit right. All in all a good solid bottle, and I would buy again.

Fantastic water bottle. Both parts go in the dishwasher absolutely fine. It has a wide neck so it's easy to clean with a bottle brush, or normal washing up brush. I find the 800ml to be the ideal size for me too - I drink a lot of water during the day so I need a decent size water bottle. I used to have a sigg bottle and I bought the sport cap for that one years ago but it really didn't work because it didn't let air in when you were drinking the water. This cap design is MUCH better as it has a vent so as you drink the water air is allowed back into the bottle for a smooth water consumption experience. Fab product.

Read a few reviews and opted for the stainless steel version. Arrived quickly and happy with it. Use it for travel (obviously can't take full through airport security! But any decent airport has a water fountain etc. ). Doesn't leak in transit, easy to clean and drink from (again no annoying rim leaks ) . Don't use with hot liquid as the bottle is not insulated. Did think perhaps too pricey but when you add up what you spend on "lesser" models you'll kick yourself for not getting this one straight away.Addendum. Been using a while now. May need to get another as it dents when you drop it on concrete! Apart from that perfect for travel.

Great quality drink bottle that looks good and should stand up to some abuse. The sports spout works well and doesn't leak when closed. It is so much nicer than a plastic or aluminum bottle. The wide opening makes it easy to clean and the bottle itself fits in most bottle holders. Because its made of stainless steel you can put just about any liquid in it. You can also chose alternative caps and replacement caps for it which is another plus point.

I'm finally in heaven. I've been looking for a proper bottle for years. I've tried over 20 brands and couldn't find one that truly didn't have an odd aftertaste or didn't leak. Something was always wrong with the bottles but this one is truly perfect. I don't like drinking water from glasses so I used it to drink at home and I take it to the gym. it's perfect. The water flows out of the bottle nice and smoothly, it doesn't ever leak and the matt version can be held easily. (The glossy one is slightly slippery in your hands). I couldn't be happier and I will be buying more of these.

we've used klean kanteen products for years-- great quality. one thing that people who haven't used the stainless steel containers before need to know -- if you or your kids are prone to dropping or knocking things over, this bottle will dent like crazy. it will still work, just be dented. just be aware.the 3.0 sport cap doesn't make the annoying noises. However, the part that pops out is made from a soft rubber in this version, and the feeling takes some getting used to when you're used to hard plastic.

Nunca me habían gustado las de plástico. Por lo tanto busqué opciones distintas hasta que dí con esta marca. El diseño y colores me encantaron, ahora tenemos cuatro para todos los integrantes de la familia. Son durables, se han caído en diferentes ocasiones, por culpa de nosotros, dejándolas con pequeñas abolladuras sin que afecten el producto como tal.

Can't believe how fast this arrived. It's perfect. Exactly what I wanted for my daughter. The sippy cup lid I already had fits fine and will save the sport cap for when she's older. I expect it to last many years.
