Sturdy and easy to fold away. Highly recommend. We never got the little plastic (cheap-feeling) to work, but we use our phones and sports watches to check our heart rates.

Right out of the box - was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Sturdy build. I don't like assembling things but this was quite easy. It's bigger than I thought it would be but that is ok too as it is also more stable than I expected. Plus it does fold. I am using it every day since it arrived, multiple times a day, I find it so much fun. If you are like me and like eliptical trainers - this is for you. I also quite quickly started making up my own exercises rather than going with the recommended ones. I use it with no resistance at all currently but I like there are options to increase resistance in future. I'm very unfit and generally find exercise to be difficult but this has been an amazing and fun way to get me moving. I also have PPPD and this machine is so far great with helping me work on my balance. Cannot recommend this enough!

I love my little machine, it was easy and quick to assemble, the tools necessary were included. I think it's really good value for money. Aesthetically it's not an eye soar like some gym equipment can be, the frame isn't thick or heavy and i really like the orange. It comes with a DVD giving you two exercise prgrams which i followed at first until i felt confident i knew what to do with it. The 360° feature is amazing and really gets your inner and outer thighs going. You will need to spray the bolts with some form of lubricant cause it can be quite creaky otherwise but i had seen this in the reviews so knew it wasn't just mine. I'd say go for it!!!

Had this for 4 weeks now - great piece of kit for the price - low impact on joints so my daughter with EDS can use it. Have been using it on level 3 and feel that I get a really good workout - have toned up my stomach and pecs already (still a way to go though). Dont expect a piece of heavy duty gym equipment but three of us use it at least 3 times a week each and no signs that it might break yet - it is good that it is not just a backward and forward cross trainer - the legs rotate out a full 360 and doing the plank on it is a really good excercise (be careful though you dont feel it until the next day) - would recommend this product to people like me who do not going to the gym and paying extortionate prices to queue to use sweaty machines - I do a 30 minute varied workout - am 60 years old and am gaining more strength and stamina than I have had in a good while

Glider assembled easily enough and used in house. Always had a squeak. After less than 6 months (!) metal has sheared in pedal area - just as previous customers complained about. Was used correctly so definitely a manufacturing fault and no fault of mine. Not happy as I don’t feel it’s safe now. Have asked for refund via Amazon but this is really hard to do. It’s unclear whether this has been actioned by Amazon and I’ve not received any kind of acknowledgment that I have made a complaint. Be cautious when thinking of purchasing this glider as the metal appears to shear after a few months rather than in the first month and it’s extremely hard to get a refund after that first month. I hope that I am able to update this review with positive information but we’ll see.

I bought this as I wanted to get fit without going to a gym but needed something low impact due to painful hips and lower back. It was delivered in a couple of days and the box was quite heavy but not too heavy I couldn’t drag it. It wasn’t too bad to set up, it was just the bottom struts, handles, phone holder and monitor to screw in. But it is pretty cumbersome. The legs move all and there’s no way to lock them in place. I used it 3 times and it broke. The pins which allow you to lock the foot plates in place broke inside. It could still be used but it couldn’t be secured and I’m not sure how safe it is. I think part of the problem is that I need to fold it down after each use as I don’t have a space to keep it up permanently and I don’t think this machine lends itself to that well. When in use it glides well and you can get a sweat on in a few minutes. I looked up a couple of workouts which helped. The arms that stick up really need to be longer. I’m 5’8 and would prefer a bit more length for my posture to be comfortable. And the squeak just started but as I’m sending this back for a refund I’m not worried!

Took Less Than 20mins To Assemble So Easy It's Child Play So Simple,Well It Was For Us. It's A Brilliant Machine & It Is Easy To Store Away. I've Had In The Past bulky Ones That Honestly Were Good To Use But Not Store Away. So That Is The Reason I Bought This Exercise Machine Because It Was Easy To Store Away & Move Around & Good Value For Money. It Doesn't Make A Racket Yet, But Giving That Time & I Know That Is Easily Fixed. It Gives Me A Proper Workout & Even Gives You A Workout Sheet Which Has Been More Than Helpful So Yes I Am More Than Satisfied With The Machine.

This review is from my mum. It's more expensive than it was when I first wanted, then it was out if stock for 18 months and up in price. Not overly easy to assemble, judging by the swearing heard by my son. But at 74 I love using it. It's very easy and I feel fitter than I did before. I use it twice a day for 15min bursts and occasionally I add another in between. Not ease to put away, but I just leave it up and hop on and off when I want which is fine for me. This is the best excerise machine I've ever bought and I've bought a lot of them and most ended up donated with in a few months. 10 stars.

I am a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer — daily gym attendee in non-pandemic routine. While I have an existing home-workout routine already, with the further local pandemic lockdown indefinitely extended (and it being wintertime as well), I decided to finally cave in and search for a low-impact piece of cardio fitness equipment. I dare say this piece of equipment is FAR better than those cumbersome, costly ones found at the gym, spans well beyond just addressing cardio needs, and has quickly become essential for maintaining my holistic fitness hopes and needs (home, gym, life). Many have reported parts breaking — and while I haven’t had mine long enough to experience those claims (fingers crossed I won’t have to!) — I can contribute that this isn’t for those above ~5’8” (max height, I would think) or of considerable weight; anyone who is of both, I do not think the machine can support them — but not due to the quality of overall manufacturing, as it is a very, very solid little unit that lends immediate credibility and confidence toward use and sound investment. Machine is quiet enough to use at any time of day or night, with persons on a floor above or below or in rooms beside, even in the same room and requiring concentration. With lengthy use (I use it for 45 minutes daily, so perhaps starting around the ~20-25 minute mark) one of the ‘arms’ at the middle joint does start to offer a small “click”, however it’s completely depending on my stride and amount of effort. Upon examining the middle joint, there is a gap between one of the washers and the arm joint — which I believe the “click” to be the washer moving when the arm is in use (meaning, attributed to manufacturing part mis-measurement, no big deal, the machine isn’t / doesn’t show sign of breakage). Otherwise — with lengthy use again, the middle joints (area attached to ‘arms’ that permits them to swing) do emit a bit of grease as they heat up from sustained movement; anyone again who is tall, will hit their knees on these joints and will get grease on them / clothing, so be advised to be mindful of this. Lastly, these joints do heat up quite a bit from sustained long term movement as said, but at my 45 minute mark they are still able to be touched safely. All things considered, as said, this has quickly become a standalone favourite for achieving my desired level of physical / holistic fitness (and then some). It is a “one stop shop”, and though I have other methods of home-working out that compliment it, to achieve my set goal for physical appearance overall — I *won’t need to rely on anything else* as the quality of workout this provides has streamlined my need for doing multiple activities, targeting all the areas (netting the desired results) in one easily doable method — further allowing me to save time and commit to the daily habit with enjoyment. All in all, this little “simple” machine, in case you can’t tell, exceeds both my workout needs and expectations. Also, due to the incredibly affordable cost of the unit overall, I’m actually hunting for a second one, just in case this one does breakdown (and/or for spare parts, too!) Don’t hesitate. It’s worth every cent, and has the potential to satisfy every fitness aim (even those you thought you could never achieve!) Buy one as soon as you find one becomes available. You’ll not be sorry (...and if you are, sell it to me!)

Avevo letto le recensioni prima di acquistarlo e si parlava di cigolio, mi sono quindi attrezzata per mettere il lubrificante nelle parti interessate. Da quando l'ho ricevuto, l'ho utilizzo ogni giorno seguendo il DVD che c'era all'interno della confezione. Mi trovo molto bene, è abbastanza facile da usare. Si sentono tutti i muscoli del corpo che lavorano. Sono molto soddisfatta e lo raccomando.

Máquina demasiado frágil no la recomiendo la usé y aora se quebró dela soldadura
