Can the wax be heated in an electrical wax heater which I already have, rather than opting for the microwave?

Hi there, thanks for the question. The Persian Cold Wax only needs to be very gently warmed, or it can be used at room temperature. Depending on your wax warmer you may be able to use it, however many warmers are brand specific. If you are going to use a warmer we recommend the Parissa brand as we have tested our product with this heater. Can i use cold wax? i don’t need to warm it up. just open the jar and spread on my skin and use wax strip to remove hair. is it ok? thanks

I haven't tried it cold, so cant tell you if it works but I heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. You can always reheat as you go along, or for 2nd/3rd use

Can the wax be reused two or more times?

It comes in quite a large jar. You spread a thin layer of wax over the hair and then put one of the white cotton strips over the wax. You then pull off the strips and this removes the hair as it is stuck to the wax. You rinse the strips to remove the wax. You can reuse the strips but the wax is washed away. As I said you only use a small amount of wax each time. I have had my jar for about a year now. I have tried several brands of wax and this one I find is much more gentle to use than any other. I recommend it!

How can the wax be heated, other than in a microwave?

Hi Somaya 
Thanks for reaching out to us!  You can warm it up on a Wax Warmer as well (Regular or Professional) , you can also put the sealed jar in a pot of hot water (60 C) on the stove for 3-4 minutes, however we don't recommend this method for this specific product and we suggest our customers to use either a microwace or a wax warmer.
