Love these Gu’s!
I love these Gu’s! They definitely get me through every long run, and I have a noticeable energy boost after taking one. The flavors are great and as someone who struggles with eating while/around the time I run, they are very easy to get down. Would totally recommend!

Run like Forest Gump...
Flavours are ok, definitely recommend consuming with water. Gives both a good caffeine and carb boost during strenuous activity (running) a good pick me up before the fuel tank runs out. Easy to open while running and small enough to carry a couple or more on adventures. GU has been around for years so they are doing something right, maybe becoming a bit more cost effective is the only thing they could improve on and maybe an edible foil pouch...kidding!
