Harley-Davidson: The Complete History

Bought for a present for my father’s birthday. Very impressed and lots of information

This book gives an in depth overview about the Harley Davidson Motor Company as well as a look into the evolution and development of the motorcycles themselves. An excellent value for money and an interesting book with great photos and images.

This was a birthday present for my brother in law, he was very happy to receive such a lovely book in a very Smart Cover, lots of pictures and information to keep him busy reading all about the Harley Davidson story.

Gave as a gift for my dad who is bike mad, he loved it.

This Harley-Davidson: The Complete History is a gorgeous book! When the box arrived, I was surprised at how heavy is was. Opening the box, I actually gasped in delight: I thought it was ‘just’ the hard-bound book, but there is also a hard-bound case that goes over the book! I guess I missed that detail when I ordered it so it was such a beautiful surprise. The cover has cutouts so you can see the three motorcycles that are depicted on the front cover of the book—love it! I was so excited for my guy to open this gift. It’s just gorgeous, and the photos inside are of course in color and beautifully done. My BF is a Harley (and motorcycle) ‘nut’ so I was incredibly happy to give this to him, and he was super happy to find it in his gift bag for Christmas. He loved it, a lot! My photos don’t do it justice. It’s really nicely done. It’s a perfect coffee-table book or whatever else you want to do with it. But it’s made to display because it’s just a beautiful book. The history is divided in to eras. There are plenty of photographs. While I did not read any of the text, my bf will read every word. I really felt I got my money’s worth on this one. Almost $50 for a book may seem a lot, but a lot went in to making this book gorgeous. Worth every penny. I highly recommend. I hope my review helped you today.

As a designer, I like to use this on a coffee table or bedside table to make that man of the household feel included. Gave it to my father in law & my husband. they liked it. nice simple clean lines.
