Product Description Recently, the traditional knowledge of Chios mastiha production was recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The plant has a unique lemony balsam-like smell, which can permeate the air of the ‘Mastichochoria’, the villages on Chios that produce mastic gum. Mastiha is used as a flavoring for many products in Greece ranging from chewing gum to digestifs, found at nearly every neighborhood restaurant and corner store. The use of Chios mastiha as a digestive dates back to Hippocrates in the 5th century BCE, and has carried through the ages. Since 1979, NutriCology has used only the purest raw materials available, and has implemented strict quality control procedures in every stage of production, including inspection of raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, and storing. Worked Wonders
Last year I spent a number of months living out of a suitcase, travelling between different countries, consuming too much food that I could not handle. By November I had a terrible burning sensation at the top of the stomach which was also accompanied by GERD. I went to the Doctor and he though I had the H Pylori issue, which was causing the pain. I had this exact same problem a number of years ago and was treated with a very high does of antibiotics. This treatment left me with intestinal issues.This time with some research, I decided to try to resolve the issue via alternative therapy. I took 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at night for a month and then 2 every third day for another month. After 2 months I feel much better. We are staying in Greece at the moment and after every meal, they bring you some rather strong Ouzo. In November if I had tried a tiny drop of such hard liquor, I would have been doubled up with heart burn/burning at the top of the stomach, which would last days. Now there is no pain, although I do not push it by drinking the whole glass.I am impressed by this product and I know it has helped. I am happy to Recommend this to anyone suffering with H Pylori issues.

Not good for the stomach
I got treated and cured of H Pylori, but as the stomach needs more time to recover , I tried also these capsules. My stomach got really upset and it hurt even more than when I was sick. I had to stop taking this. I definitely do not recommend them.

Great for digestion
I can honestly say you feel better after taking these, as for medical results I cannot say, they are a good digestive.. Also help with side pain..my husband has ulcer and i pain under ribs from time to

Not sure.
I might be wrong but I was using the same capsules from Jarrow which i feel were more effective.I'm still left with more than half of the bottle but thinking of ordering from Jarrow even they are more expensive.It is just how i felt while using them.
