Perfect for my metal head board.

Great lights. Lovely warm glow. Easy to switch on / off. Great, that they plug-in to the mains - specifically looked for mains powered not batteries. Very restful- exactly the effect I wanted. Sit lovely over my headboard. Love the fact the wiring is clear not black. No tarnish problems with the set I received. You’re not going to get better for the price. Although I’d still argue slightly overpriced for what they are (in my experience fairy lights are novelty- and generally always overpriced ;-) I was prepared to overpay slightly for these - as I really wanted them. Oh, and goodbye batteries - win! Overall - recommend.

Good quality item.
Really happy with these. Long enough to drape over the fireplace, the switch is easy to locate so you don’t have to turn on and off at the socket. Nice shine and soft lighting.

No more faffing around buying & taking batteries to local Recycling centre.
Really pleased. Bought for Xmas but have them on the mantlepiece already. The light is a lovely warm light & makes the room feel cosy. I specially looked for mains lights as so sick of buying & recycling ( after they die taking to local recycling centre) batteries & couldn't be happier with my choice

Dim and useless.
Lovely initially, but like many others have discovered, these have got dimmer and dimmer. Totally useless.
