Can i use usa items by this transformer?

The answer is yes and no. The voltage rating is fine. US tools standard is 110-120 VAC (it varies site to site, but this range is adequate for all devices). The issue is the frequency. US frequency is 60 hz, UK (this transformer) is 50 hz. The transformer cannot change the frequency. What this will equate to is a less efficient use of the voltage supplied. This means that given enough time, your tool (or whatever device you plug in) may experience increased temperature. If it is a light or a heater, this will make zero difference. If it is a high RPM saw or drill, you would want to use it at low duty cycle (give it rests to dissipate heat). From Scott Carter
