Hi, does it connect ok and work ok with windows 10

Dude, in your DAW you need to state you're recording from Channel 1 or Channel 2 for left or right Channel. In your case, if you put the mic on the left, you put Channel 1. If you chose to record on 1/2, the DAW thinks you're recording left and right Channel with two mics, for stereo recording. That is why you are hearing left only. You're meant to set on the software the Input(Channel 01) so that you can record Mono sound. Then you'll be able to hear this mono sound on both left right ear. Then you can use the reverb function to make it "stereo" like. As for the dynamic mics, if you leave Phantom Power on, it won't matter for the mic. Long as it is not Ribbon mic. 48V power will render any Ribbon mic useless. I hope this helps.

Does this interface come with the USB power cable?

It only powers it with drivers 5.51 on standby otherwise on Windows 10 22x2 the latest there is an unresolved issue which Behringer is trying to resolve with Microsoft as it does this on multiple machines its connected too non routing a microphone . I have had two neither function correctly

Can i record with 2 mics simultaneously? Is the phantom power enough to power 2 mics?

Yes, I have it powering a pair of large-diaphragm phantom-only condenser mics with no difficulty.

Does this come with asio drivers? (not just asio4all)

I cannot remember if the drivers are in the box, but asio drivers are available from the website
