The description claims certified gluten free and that production shares machinery with wheat. Both of these statements cannot be true. So which is it?

Thanks for reaching out! Our dark chocolate coconut bars are certified gluten-free by GFCO. While the bars are made in a facility that handles wheat, the production line for the coconut bar is cleaned for allergens before production of the coconut bars in accordance with GFCO standards. The GFCO certifies our dark chocolate coconut bars to contain less than 10ppm gluten and there are no wheat ingredients used to manufacture this bar. Hope this helps!
