Wella Color Charm Toner - #T14 - Pale Ash Blonde 41 ml

Wella T14 toner works really well at getting rid of brassy and yellow tones. Mix it with a 20 developer ( 30 is too strong) or a 10 if not so yellow. It leaves me with a lovely ashy blonde colour after 10 mins but if I leave it on for 30 mins, I get a nice light grey look.It does wear off after about 4 weeks but still leaves you with an ash blonde look.Wouldn't use on orange, as it won't take. You need to be a paler yellow.

Beautifully soft and even colour throughout. I used 2 lots (with the developer) as I have long hair.I used a conditioning mask afterwards, but I know the condition is down to this toner and developer as well (compared to other product results).

Fast delivery, which is super important when your sporting a brassy doo!! Worked a treat, mine wasn't a pale blonde more like a light medium blonde/ginger with a LOT of brass, this took the colour slightly darker (to be expected with an ash colour) but banished the orange tones. So now it's a golden blonde. I keep it topped up with a silver/purple shampoo. Very pleased :)

Love these toners and have used this and the T18 many times. I generally use this with a 10vol as i find using the 20 vol tends to lift my natural haIr colour and leave it slightly brassy.The toner does a great job of getting rid of any yellow tones and does not overtone to grey. Tends to leave my hair with a nice healthy looking shine as well which is a bonus.

My hair was really orange,the picture is what it looks like on so it's totally normal if it goes weird purple/grey colour as I panicked at first,after I washed my hair it took most of the orange not all the orange but it made a huge difference just one bottle,I would recommend 2 bottles for people with long hair and that should work 1st attempt.

Went from black hair to silver grey with this toner and T18 mixed together. Only product that’s ever managed to knock out stubborn yellow tones. Love it

I used with 20vol. I did have a grey/green tinge after (nothing to do with the product) but saw that adding tomotoe ketchup sorts this out so I did it and I am left with a lovely ash blonde colour. I did notice that the blonder bits coloured quickly so is best on bleached hair

This made my hair grey, however, it is meant to get orangy tones out and my hair was pale yellow so i intended leaving it on just a few mins to tone and ended up leaving it on the full half hour. T18 is best for pale yellow hair and this one to tone orange.

Great on very platinum to white blonde hair .with cc wella color developer .if your hair is not plat to white blonde .I wouldn't recommend .tbh.
