Can these be stuck onto a wheelie bin and are they water resistant

You could probably stick them in your bath! Just make sure the surface is clean before applying.

Are they easily removable from the surface you've stuck them to?

I stuck them onto a glossy wood skirting board and they seem to come off easily. Hope that helps.
