Good value for money and my guinea pigs love it. It helps with collecting them from their run each night too as they run inside and we can shut the door and open the top to catch them. Only thing is, the seem to be learning this and are starting to run out as we turn up to collect them!It seems well made and I think it was good value at the price. It is easy to clean too as the floor lifts our so it is easy to get the corners clean and get rid of all the tiny little bits that would otherwise get stuck.If I needed another I would definitely get the same one again.

Easy to assembled. The wood was well treated to stop it from rotting. This was better than the last hutch as the door and ramp are lower so easier for our tortoise to put himself to bed. Added the cover with this to protect from weather.

Not suitable for anything other than a very small tortoise and then not sure about that either - opened the box looked at the ramp and narrow door and it went straight back. Bunnies and other small fury critters I can see would probably be fine and the quality is decent for the money.

I got this for my new 5-year-old Tortoise, and it can easily fit in the door, even my 15 year old tortoise can get in and out easily although as others have said the ramp is too narrow.I'm disappointed with the quality of the box; I didn’t expect I would need to make modifications to a new item to fix it together.The major fault is that the screws are too long for the latch mechanism that attaches to the side of the box and the top of the lid. Because the wood they fit is so thin the screws go all the way through and out the top of the lid puncturing the felt roof! I ended up having to add an extra piece of wood to prevent the screws damaging the felt.I also had to cut bits of wood away to allow me to assemble the box square.The wood is very soft and even though it’s treated it will need another coat of paint. I will be happy if I get a year or two out of this box.

I bought this as a nesting box for my ducks and it's been outside in all weather for a year now and is still in good condition. I bought another brand shortly after as these were out of stock. It looked pretty identical, but it is completely falling apart and I can now see the components used for the lid and the base are not of durable quality, so this Charles Bentley one really shows the other brand up! Very impressed and I'll look out for this brand for future purchases.

Got for my guinea pigs, they liked it so much that they stayed in it all day 🤣🤣

Perfect for what I want, a hideout for Guinea pigs, looks great , did need 2 pairs of hands to assemble to ensure good alignment, but very easy to build
