For those suffering from blurred vision due to dry eyes, how long after spraying does it take to have an effect?

For me my dry eye is soreness of the eyelids which can feel like saw dust. I spray on Actimist on each eye and it has an almost immediate result and sooths the eyelids. This may not be the case for everybody.
