Taste is pleasant
Just arrived so can’t review the effectiveness but the taste is really not as bad as the reviews make out. I’ve used this twice so far and the taste is pleasant. I drank water afterwards just to swill the mouth out. I have mild anemia so hopefully this will top my diet.

Significant differences in energy, appetite and sleep.
Noticed a significant difference in both myself and my lethargic 7 yr old daughter. I have more energy. She finally has some colour in her cheeks and has more enthusiasm for the day. She also eats better. Will continue. Slight constipation as is a usual effect of iron but I certainly see a difference in my child’s energy levels, focus and sleep. Will continue with this indefinitely .
