Great as a daily recommended dose source for people with complex diet issues
They have the recommended dose for Vit C, B12, Folic acid and Iron - for women, women need 8mcg a day as we lose 2mcg a day for a week once a month, and this contains 14mcg, so great if your diet isn’t able to support you in getting these from food due to Autism, ADHD, AFRIDS etc., like me, however if you are already anemic, it’s going to take a very long time for the 14mcg to top up what you are missing so one box will likely show no difference and you should speak to a medical professional about prescribed iron supplements as your throwing a rain drop in a bucket and expecting it to fill it. They are best for people looking to just maintain their recommended daily dose. For those who get upset about the box being crushed..are you not just recycling the box anyway?

One doctor told me to start taking iron supplements cause my hemoglobin was low and they wanted to test iron levels. Next doctor said iron levels were only a little low and these won't help and told me not to take them... i hate doctors
