Massive help for radiator
I had a very tight area to work within and couldn't use a compression elbow due to lack of space. This did the trick perfectly and allowed me to connect a floor pipe to a radiator easily.

Very smart fittings.
I really like these fittings and have used quite a few in my new kitchen diner.I wanted the look of exposed copper piping, but not the messy splashes of solder, and these fittings are perfect for that. They are easy to use, but you need to ensure that you line up the pipe carefully and push fit them smoothly and without too much force.I have had a couple of misfits, which cannot be undone and reused, so mistakes become expensive very quickly.Overall I’m glad I went for them.

Push-Fit Pipe Elbow
I try to keep water flows as simple as possible, preferably without sharp bends. The Yorkshire Tectile Sprint helps here, and also doubles as a copper pipe to plastic pipe connector in places where solder joints are not practical.

Didn’t seal - would not recommend
The 15mm copper was prepared with a clean cut an deburred, and cleaned ready, but when I connected it under the sink it only sealed on one side, the other side leaked in a slow but steady stream, having tried everything to get it to stop, I had no choice other than to cut it off and start again, not happy at all

Good product but no care for our environment
Great product, I bought 4 and all came in separate packaging. Surely could have all gone in one envelope. Maybe next time give some thought to reducing the amount of plastic used and post in one envelope.

Not sure about these
I bought these to install my brand new radiator but found that 2 of them leaked when I turned the water back, I thought that maybe they’re just not pushed in enough so I drained the water off and started again but still found the same issue, so I bought two more and they went in fine and didn’t leak, I’ll probably use plastic connectors in the future just for less stress. 2 stars sorry.

These work well, however...
...you may need to apply a little more silicone grease ('Plumber's grease') to the little black rubber ring you see just inside the fitting on each end. This is because Tectite's manufacturing process isn't quite up to applying its own grease evenly or in sufficient quantity. Consequently, when you push in a copper pipe, the friction can drag the rubber ring out of position, leading to either (a) a break in the seal, causing a subsequent leak, or (b) prevent a fit entirely and damage the elbow.A comparatively minor issue really, but the main cause of most of the complaints you see about Tectite copper push-fits, and potentially rather expensive for customers who don't understand why they aren't working.
