I believe these tablets have helped my knee joints which is why I bought them. They are large but personally this does not bother me but could be a problem for some people. Like all tablets expensive but for me the benefits outweigh the cost I have already reordered on subscription

Good item no miracle

Does what it says on the box, reasonable price. For me yhe capsules are a little to large and harder to swallow, but that's just me. Overall worth the health benefits

Excellent value

I’ve been taking these for 4 months now. I’m a powerlifter and my joints are under heavy load with the weight training I do. I suffered from knee cartilage damage as a result, took a break from lifting and had physio until I felt ready to go back. On returning from lifting my knees were a bit sensitive, cracking, mild pain etc, so combined with prehab exercises I started to take these pills, I didn’t notice any immediate advantages but now 4 months later, I can definitely feel that the pain has lessened and I’m moving my knee joint more freely without worrying about pain. I’d highly recommend but you must stick with them and be consistent to see the benefits. I stay consistent with my monthly subscription, they are just part of my routine now. Excellent :)

I take these as I struggle with arthritis. Sometimes I think these help a bit but other days are more painful, but I guess that’s just part of it, it won’t cure it but helps to manage. People posting silly comments about having to take two tabs-it clearly states this on description and yes both tabs are now yellow so LOOK CAREFULLY-one kind of tabs are not missing!!!

I bought these for fibromyalgia pain. They have made a huge difference for me. Still get pains but that nagging joint pain is so much better. I used to get very bad hands and fingers and I’d say this is the best they have been. I actually notice it if I forget to take these for a couple of days. You have to give it a while to work though. I’d say a good 6-8 weeks of taking it every day. They are pretty large to swallow is the only thing. I’m going to stick with these and see if over winter I’m better as winter is the worst for me.
