No, not really. Due to the wax having a clear but cloudy texture, it could possibly cause the white stitching to be a slight bit more "dull white," depending how clean you keep the stitching. I found that I couldn't notice any discoloration on my stitching and I have coated the leather many times. However, this could also due to the wax giving the leather a more vibrant hue, which allows the shoe's stitching to have a decent amount of contrast despite being coated with wax.

Q: Does this re-waterproof boots?

no-it doesn't. it only cleans boots with oiled leather.

Q: Can it be used on leather watch bands ?

You should read the manufacturer's instructions. If they are made of leather, it should serve you, because what it does is moisturize it and restore softness.
