What grade of stainless steel please?

These cutlery items are made from a magnetic grade of stainless steel so would more than likely be cutlery grade martensite stainless steel. (Possibly 410 stainless). The old 18/8 stainless steel cutlery were non-magnetic as 18/8 is an austenitic stainless steel. Hope this helps.

Are they serrated please?

Yes, they have small serrations on the left hand side only as shown in the photos. I have found that this cuts soft food effectively. Worth noting that they are quite short, about 17cm, compared to over 20cm for normal main knives and forks.

What's the length of these forks please.
