Absolutely love this. Keeps me full till lunch. Costs a little more than some of the cheaper ones and does have a few more calories per serving. However it tastes lovely. Really rich chocolate flavour with a lovely think consistency without being too gloomy. A slightly chalky texture which they state is intentional, and I must admit I quite like it. Have tried about 6 different brand since my regular one was discontinued a few months ago (i only like the chocolate flavours) and so far this is my favourite by a very large margin

Pleasant to drink, reasonably good texture, not thick but not that thin either. The chocolate taste is subtle but is there. The graininess I find enjoyable, gives a little chew with each mouthful, feels like very fine oats which it may well be. The sweetness is not as high compared to some others although it does leave an artificial sweet flavour lingering after finishing the drink, which is not pleasant. I generally wish all these shakes were less sweet and I have a sweet tooth. The flavour blends well with a piece of banana which also improves the texture slightly. Mixed with milk the texture is again improved as is the taste and the sweetness is also tempered, with milk this is a highly enjoyable milkshake experience, however calories are very high so I just use water. I would buy again. Maybe not from Amazon though, the pricing is erratic and often high.

Hi, so I read a few reviews complaining about ," it tastes gritty. It's too thick after taste etc. " But I thought it's such a reasonable price so had to give it a try . My experience......made as per instructions . Too sweet, too thick , grainy. So I make up 250mls half water half semi skimmed milk, with one! scoop of powder. Let it sit for 5, add some ice as it's perfect for my liking. Very satiating, pleasant ,no aftertaste and I'm loosing fat!👍💯 Would recommend.

Tried many protein shakes in the past and ended up throwing them away as they tasted too artificial. Was happy to find that this one is very different, the chocolate silk flavour is nice, it says two scoops but one scoop per serving is more than enough as it’s too sweet otherwise. I use unsweetened almond or oak milk add a teaspoon of almond butter, tsp of cacao and sometimes half an avocado to thicken it up and blend with ice, keeps me going through lunchtime.

Not to bad but can be abit watery when made up, and tastes synthetic xoxo

Recommend this product from a family member who is in strong man competitions. I told him I drive HGV’s and need to loose some weight . He checked around and sent me the link for this… I bought strawberries & crème and chocolate silk which is my favourite. I have one at 5am and one for lunch with a banana. They fill me up, not even interested in other food, just drink water till home in evening, for a light meal. I must say I have noticed that I have more energy, not sluggish at all and really enjoying these tasty thick shakes made with water and a couple of ice cubes! I’ve just ordered some more of my favourite flavour chocolate silk plus I like the fact that it has all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs with NO Aspartame sweetener BONUS. I’ve been taking these now for two weeks and started to see the benefits of taking this product, which I am really happy with. Thank you Protein Works. I will be buying this a recommending as it’s working for me.

Really nice flavour, not clumpy, I work early mornings so never get chance to eat breakfast so once I drink this about 4:30 I don’t get hungry until about 11-12

Vraiment pas mal au niveau du gout ( je met 3/4 d'eau et 1/4 de lait ). Niveau satiété, au début ça cale bien mais seulement pendant 3 à 4h. Personnellement, je prend une demi-dose ou une dose par jour en plus de deux repas pas trop chargé, généralement le matin ou le soir, ( en plus de quelque chose de léger ). Je ne vous conseille pas de boire seulement ça à midi sinon vous risquez d'avoir faim. Ça fait un peu de grumeaux, mais sans plus. J'ai perdu environs 1,5 kilos en une semaine sans trop forcer et sans faire de sport. Je referais une cure pendant plus longtemps en augmentant les quantité de poudre et diminuant les "vrais" repas. Bonne découverte.

Cela fait des mois que nous utilisons ces substituts de repas, mon fils et moi, et je n'ai que de bons commentaires à faire. Les résultats sont là, nous avons perdu 10 kg. La préparation est simple au possible et nous adorons le gout 'chocolate silk'. Ce qui est fabuleux, c'est de constater qu'il n'y a aucun sentiment de faim...Protein Works, fait le job ! Je recommande à 100%

I found that mixing in a shaker resulted in powder clumps, as this product does not readily dissolve. The chocolate flavor tastes good, not too sweet like some other brands, and I notice the shake keeps me full for a while.

Lange habe ich nach einem Proteinpulver bzw. proteinreichen Mahlzeitenersatz gesucht - endlich habe ich es gefunden! Als ich im Ausland (USA) war, habe ich mir angewöhnt einen Shake als Frühstück zu trinken. Dies wollte ich auch wieder zuhause in Deutschland beibehalten, allerdings konnte ich bisher einfach kein Pulver finden, was mir wirklich geschmeckt hat. Das leckere Pulver aus Amerika (Body Fortress Whey Chocolate) gibt es hier leider nicht, also habe ich mich durch sämtliche Marken und Varianten durchprobiert, um meinen morgendlichen Kaba-Ersatz zu finden. Die Wheys von ESN, More oder Ironmaxx waren geschmacklich leider überhaupt nichts meins. Auch Chunky Flavor/Flav'n'Taste mit Skyr/Quark und Milch haben meinen Geschmack nicht getroffen. Durch Zufall bin ich auf das Weight Loss Kick Off Bundle von Protein Works gestoßen und dachte, ich probier das jetzt einfach auch mal aus für den günstigen Preis. Was soll ich sagen? GEIL! Das Pulver trifft 100% meinen Geschmack, sowohl Chocolate Silk als auch Banana Smooth sind genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Zugegeben, Strawberry Cream ist jetzt nicht ganz soo geil aber die anderen zwei Geschmacksrichtungen reichen vollkommen aus. Besonders in der Kombination mit jeweils einem Scoop echt unschlagbar. Es schmeckt ein klein wenig nach Hafer (was ja auch mit drinne ist), was ich persönlich aber sehr lecker finde. Schmeckt quasi wie Schokomüsli mit Kaba. Einfach geil. Durch den Hafer kommt auch ein ganz klein wenig Substanz mit rein, was eine sehr angenehme Konsistenz verursacht. Direkt auf Amazon nachbestellt, weil es nach wenigen Tagen bereits leer gefuttert war. Bin so froh endlich *meinen* Shake für morgens gefunden zu haben. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
