Drinking most of a full glass of water will eventually dislodge it, but that feeling is so unpleasant that I will not try to swallow another.Update: I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars, because this product has actually greatly helped my knee issues. Before I'd have stiff legs after sitting down for some time, and my knees were giving me increasing trouble when walking. After taking 1-2 capsules a day for about two weeks those issues are much improved, I can walk nearly normally again, and even the stiffness after sitting has decreased.If those capsules were easier to swallow I would give 5 stars, but as it is I need to bite down on a capsule to get the contents into my mouth, and the taste (fishoil) isn't great, as to be expected.
