What are the dimensions when folded and unfolded?

Closed, 10" x 18" and the wheels are 3" in diameter. Open, the platform projects just over 9" and is 10" wide, the handle stands at 38" from the floor. I use it to carry my MarkBass bass amplifier/speaker combo and it's pretty useful. Certainly handle suitcases easily.

Love this trolley but I can't fold it flat for storage. What's the secret, please?

No secret. My handle folds towards the base very easily - suggest yours is faulty

Will this trolley and its straps cope with an instrument amplifier of dimensions 45x38x28 cm (28cm is the depth)?

Hi, trolley will cope easily with the dimensions and as long as amp isn't too heavy. I would suggest using an additional bungee strap that's long enough to go around amp as there is very little to stop the load slipping sideways!!
