They work but......
I’m right around 7 months back at the gym after 8 months off due to the pandemic. I currently take creatine whey protein and at age 42 also testosterone boosters. I ran into these on Instagram and read the reviews and decided to try them. At day 20 I noticed a big jump in power and stamina so I guess that means they work from what other people say the average is 14 days. But these give me heartburn bad and you can definitely taste the herbs. Personally they are a little over priced and at this point not sure if I want to continue using them

Did not benefit me anything.. I rather get animal stack from reputable company that benefits me … spent $50 for newer product kinda pricey . I may go back to stack and cheaper
