Do you have to be already lightly tanned before taking the tablets.I am bottle white will they tan me without the sun.

I am the same colouring as you. I find that if you start taking the tablets about a month before you go on holiday, you will gain a light tan. Some exposure to the sun will enhance your tan. They work for me, so would suggest you give them ago. Hope this is of use.

Fair-skinned people may lack melanin, the brown skin pigment. Boost is formulated to provide the nutrients involved in the production of melanin so may be of great benefit. If you intend to go away or have a sunbed, as you mentioned, then Boost is for you. Bronze is designed to bring up a light golden colour all year round, whether in the sun or not although some sun exposure can help bring this out. It is generally used to maintain a good colour through the Winter or to help bring out a stronger colour in the Summer time.

Hello, we recommend 4-5 caps per day for the first 2 weeks and then 2-3 per day for maintenance. We don't vary by weight. The capsules contain about 15mg of mixed carotenoids.
