Consistent product and trusted brand
Regularly order these as have trust in Nature's Aid having used other supplements from them over the years. Nice and tiny making them easy to swallow and they are what they say on the bottle! Don't get nearly enough vit D via the sun and just take one every morning before breakfast as part of the morning routine.

Good pills, bad design
A record-breaking waste of container space. Excellent plastic consumption. I had 400 tablet vitamins which were smaller than this thing.

Decent strength compared to extremely high others
So many supplements are 2000-3000 IU which actually can cause more problems or side effects than it helps fix, doctor highly recommended going with something in a 250-500 IU range if your in the UK, as the others are too high. I've had the same results of more energy and better mood like I get using others, but piece of mind that I'm not over doing it on dosage, so highly recommend.

I’ve been taking these Vitamin D3 tablets for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with the results. They’re easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I’ve noticed better energy levels and overall wellness. Great quality and good value for money. Highly recommend for anyone with low vitamin D levels.

Sadly I am one of the people who cannot seem to take vitamin D3 in tablet form. I was feeling sick just an hour after taking it, and even though I tried to persevere I had to stop taking it after a few days, as the side effects did not die down. I had very bad nausea and diarrhoea. Going to have to eat lots of vitamin D enriched foods. The bottle was good value for money compared with some.
