I've been using this B12-vitamin supplement for a little while now, and I'm quite happy with the results. โWhat I really like is the size of the tabletsโthey are absolutely tiny delicious cherry flavour. Take 1 tablet per day, awllow to dissolve slowly under the tongue., which is a huge plus. I've also noticed a small but definite boost in my energy levels, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Another big win for me is that I haven't experienced any stomach or gut irritation, which can sometimes be an issue with supplements. โIt's a straightforward, no-fuss B12-complex that seems to get the job done.
