I don't actually know - I bought this as a gift for a coffee lover and he was delighted.

Are there different coffee selections in the different packs ( birthday, christmas, outdoor etc) or is it just the packaging that is different?

No the only difference is the coffee it’s self. I.e strong, medium etc and it tells you on each individual pack what it is
